Hello,
I have a query.
The dy. Register do not send information in time to society about hearing kept by him for some dispute between society and a member, then hears only the member.
Then when again the hearing is kept, he himself remains absent and keeps the hearing on some next date.
That day the member remains absent ( who has actually done violation of model bye law.) and dy registrar hears only the society ( who is a sufferer)
Later on even after follow up through visits, e mail by the society, dy registrar does not give his judgement but gives the judgement on follow up by the defaulter and that too the judgement says to take action on another defaulter also by conducting a meeting.
This is not as per model bye law.
In such case can society where can the society complaint ?
Or demand for hearing again when society and the member shall be present.

i am not against redevelopment but entire terms and conditions of registered agreement is changed in individual agreement
majority members have no objection what to do
