I still think this is practical Al but my question is do you take it apart every time and if so is it like 3 pieces? The base, tower and top? And also do they have a case for all of those?
Its hopefully glued thogheter because else it would last not 10 gigs. And when a drunk go lean on a side you can get your gear from the floor its nog gonna hold it.

I bought one of these from a friend but my laptop stand broke. where can I buy an extra one?

we can also provide some hand screws and you do not need any tools at least not for the table top / base connection...
