Fennel Salad -
1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of EVOO, a quarter teaspoon of salt, one fennel bulb sliced, one and a half teaspoons of grated Parmesan cheese.

Sauté red bell peppers:
Slice red peppers, a chop an onion and sauté in evoo, add garlic
Once sautéed let cool and put into a freezer bag.
Beef burritos:
Brown 80/20 beef (2 lbs)
Brown with onion & garlic seasoning and lowery's seasoning, s & p
And a tad of red-hot sauce
Drain
Mix 2 packages of fajita mix to 1 cup water.
Add to meat.. Then add the sautéed red pepper mix probably about a half a cup.
Put about a half a jar of con queso sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 11 baking dish
Add cheddar cheese on half of your soft burrito shell, then the meat mixture. Roll up
I then added the rest of the con queso sauce on top of the rolled burritos and sprinkled with more cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350
White rice :
Sauté a little Onion
Once the rice is cooked add sautéd onion, Lowery seasoning, S & P
Frozen Sweet peas ( as much as you like)
1 can of chicken broth

Hi Karen! I love the Morning Show. I even got my husband to watch it with me and he was hooked too. We watched every season and now we can't wait for the new one to start. It's a good series for husbands, because mine doesn't get interested in too many things that I like to watch! I don't think I would like the honey added to my chicken soup, but I do add a squeeze of one half of a lemon. Lemon call always be added to the soup after it's made by each individual to their own taste. I thought that was a lot of lemon when you added it!! You had so much snow!! We're getting a storm this weekend and its supposed to be a big one. Looks like it will be a Hygge weekend for me!! I am staying with my granddaughter and woke up to snow. I don’t drive in snow so was a little worried but got her their safe. Roads were covering fast. Ugh I like the large earrings on you.

Hi Laura! Depending on how long we are gone throughout the day he either will be in his crate or not. He's good while I'm out running errands. But for more than a few hours I will have to put him in his crate because he will have accidents. We do have a dog/house sitter when we travel. Good luck with your precious new doggie!!🐶❤️
