A delicious and tender cake that melts in the mouth, my grandmother loves to make this dish. The whole family will love this cake recipe. Delicious cake. Now I will make this cake very often. Incredibly delicious brownie cheesecake! Try it too. Cook with love! Delicious chocolate cake with curd cream.
► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
150g chocolate + 40g butter, melted
stir everything smooth
2 eggs
130 grams of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
40 grams of vegetable oil
150g peeled apples
110 grams of flour
30 grams of cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
Set the dough aside until it thickens a bit.
300 grams of cottage cheese
50 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 egg
15 g starch (flour/semolina)
Blend everything well in a blender until smooth.
Shape 20*30
2/3 dough
the rest of the dough
150-200 grams of berries
Bake for 35 minutes at 170-180°C
check for readiness and allow to cool completely
Incredibly delicious brownie cheesecake!

I use oil instead of butter to mix with the dark chocolate…works just as well. I also add a tbsp of coffee and a tbsp of rum, and melt it in the microwave on « defrost »

Yes, it looks basically like a black forest brownie with the addition of 'healthy' apples. I would've done that when the kids were small. (anything I baked ALWAYS had hidden veg. or extra fruit , less sugar )
