6TH MOHARRAM MAJLIS-E-AZADARI UNDER THE BANNER OF AL-HILAL COMMITTEE IKMT PASHKUM KARGIL LADAKH

The observance on the 6th of Moharram at the Imam Bargah Pashkum, organized by the Al-Hilal committee IKMT Pashkum on July 12, 2024, honors the profound sacrifice of Hazrat Ali Asghar (a.s.), the infant son of Imam Hussain (a.s.). This event serves as a poignant reminder of the tragedy of Karbala and the immense sacrifices endured by Imam Hussain's (a.s.) family. The Battle of Karbala, imposed by Yazid Ibn-E-Muawiyah upon Imam Hussain (a.s.) and his companions, underscores the struggle for justice and the enduring values of resistance and righteousness.
The program commenced with the recitation of Marsiya and a Majlis by Sheikh Ghulam Hasannain, who eloquently portrayed the significant sacrifices of Imam Hussain and his companions, shedding light on the brutality inflicted by Yazid Ibn-E-Mawiyah. The recitation of Nouhas added a somber tone to the gathering, which culminated in prayers and a Benediction led by Moulana Nassir, offering solace and supplication for all in attendance.
