  • At the beginning of May, DeLaval dealer Van der Sluis Agri was able to replace 2 DeLaval VMS Classic milking robots with 2 VMS V300 milking robots at Mts. Van Kempen - Van Diepenbeek, also known as De Kandelaar.
The 2 VMS Classic milking robots were the oldest still operating DeLaval milking robots in the world! The robots had been running for an impressive 24 years on the dairy farm. But now it was truly time to switch them out for the newest DeLaval milking robots.
“First of all, the energy consumption of newer robots is much lower. According to our calculations, we will save 60% in energy consumption compared to the first series. The new V300 also connects much faster, and I am very eager to use the latest technology.” - Joris van Kempen
For the family, it was a logical step to choose the new VMS V300 milking robots. “Now with our new milking robots, we are ready for the future, in which data will also play an increasingly important role.” The family, together with their dealer Van der Sluis Agri, looks forward to another 24 new years with their new VMS V300 milking robots.
