    Protein keeps you fuller longer. Hard boiled eggs are pretty easy, yogurt is good, toast/apples with peanut butter - all of these have high protein and yogurt comes in varieties without added sugar. I like the kind that's plain yogurt with real fruit that you mix in :)

    I enjoy chair boxing. :) Oh and doing the crowd "Wave" alone in our living room. YAY!! But I will now say Yay Abbey!!

    Also cheese sticks - I love cheese a lot. I also like the Tillamook cheddar squares.
    I'd advise hard boiling eggs from a carton rather than buy pre-boiled eggs. It's a lot cheaper :)
