    Actually @Tufr I'm 34 and I consider myself fairly fit. I've been training consistently for many years now. These workouts provide a great pace to try to keep during trainning and I'm normally done after a coach ali workout. I think the fact that this channel does not contain nonsense exercises allows it to appeal to all ages.

    I like that you use the wall. I'm using my door and this is the 2nd or 3rd workout of yours that I've done that flows well, is easy to do in my bedroom and I've been able to easily follow on my computer without moving it. And you show and explain everything before you do it- GREAT JOB!

    These are excellent beginning exercises when you are completely out of shape and beginning a training regime that you intend to progress on. They are especially useful exercises for older over 60 people who are beginning to retrain themselves.
