I like the play on the old "snake oil salesmen" of the olden days. Back then, especially in the american western era people used to mix up these unusual alcohol, herbal and sometimes poisonous concoctions and pedal it off as medicine or an elixir. "Snake Oil" was the buzz word they used for it.

I like how when Ron tried to pronounce k-razzy the second time, he just pronounced it in a cartoon Dracula accent.
