Nice design, only problem with it is the lack of Toilet and Bath on the ground floor. So if you have guest they will have to go upstairs to use the toilet and if you use the pool you will have to go upstairs to take a shower making a possible mess on your way up.
check the layout, there is a T&B on ground floor , next to kitchen

Hi! I just got this in my recommended videos. WOW! What an amazing home and I love your attention to detail with the design. I watch a lot of other videos from other creators and yours is a stand out👏👏👍
My only criticism is the cook top and range hood in the island bench. I think it would be better swapped with the sink purely for aesthetic reasons. The range hood coming down in the middle of the room looks a bit awkward. Also I would like an outdoor cooking space that is under cover(alfresco)

Vlery nice house design but no powder room at the ground floor, not even shower at the pool area. Guests have to run upto second floor to use the powder room.
