That is the failure of relevant state governments. They are launching corruption based vote bank freebie schemes & eroding valuable funds collected from helpless middle class tax payers. So, people of Telugu states have to satisfy with survey works only. No Railway projects can be undertaken because of miserably regressing natured Telugu States. However, TS is somewhat better than AP state.
