If language and concepts were food, Russell Brand is a master chef. He is able to put words in front of each other until the concepts are elucidated vividly. Tucker is captivated as well and they are both to be admired in their continual humanitarian growth.
ANd if sexual assault was ballet, Brand would be a real Borishnikov.
Cheese Burger.
@@IMTHEBIGGESTCUNT No idea what you are trying to say there.
Both are ill informed idiots. That is a fact!
@@SBb374 OH please. He was lauded in the UK press as a 'shagger', and it's obvious that women were desperate to jump on his winky. Now they've been groomed by the MSM to claim they were graped. Bollocks.
The comprehensive awareness he puts into words is incredible. He appreciates his life and wants to spread the goodness he embraces.
Yes spread his sexual assault allegations that seem to have been conveniently swept under the carpet!
@@Caareenkm6726bro probably believes the sky is green
@@tobyconoley5511 His approach shows his level of interest and analysis. We give ourselves away in not so subtle ways.🌹j.
Russel isn´t just a great orator. And a master of performative arts. He is a thinker who has found meaning in life and inspired millions. True common sense born of experience, with Shakespearian panache. A fine example of the british folk soul.
Two of the best guys on the internet together. This is a great conversation. More of this please 👍🤗
I think Russel is one of the greatest orators of our time. To be able to find the appropriate word and concepts and express them at that rate is phenomenal. 🌹j.
Rhetoric is the art of ruling the minds of men' (Plato). Brand's eloquence has always masked a vapid, derivative, boring new-age buffet of clichéd thinking. But help yourself.
@@bendevere8525
Beautifully expressed as the anonymous petty self loathing plebe that you are! Love that “losers arrogance”
any more ??
@@bendevere8525
Is this before or after his sexual allegations?
I concur.
Russell kept my husband and I sane during the nonsense machine. Gratitude.
It’s still there it just changed the furniture
Two great humanitarians, exactly what is needed to point people in the direction of the change that’s so badly needed
humanitarians! bahahahaha
Great interview, he made a lot of excellent points, thank you for letting him speak!!
Possibly one of the best examples of why people get locked out, shut down, cancelled, smeared and God forbid, offed. Two of the best but sadly two of the most targeted. Great to see this again... Thanks for uploading.
Final point... 39:32
What a treat! Tucker Carlson and Russell Brand! Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼✌🏼✨ you guys rock. And you are our rock🌞✨
The awakening of these two men is awe inspiring. Coming together from opposite sides of the spectrum. The condensed version is let people live their own life. It’s called Freedom!
"awakening"... please
Aren't you doing that?
You think his alleged sexual assault victims think the same?
@@Caareenkm6726alleged, exactly
Liberals won’t allow that
I love Russell and listen to him often an watch him enlighten us on global situations .
Especially like to listen to him talk about addiction . He was very helpful in my sobriety too after reading his book.
He is an immense force to listen to and live by his words .
Thank you for hosting him❤
Love Russell. Thanks for having him on...love you too Tucker!
I got sober in 2002!! He is amazing!
I love Russel and thesis is s great conversation. Thank you Tucker for hosting this interview with him.
Name any interview you have seen where the guess speaks 90% of the time. Tucker is the future of journalism 🤘
Name any other interviewee who rants for 90% of the time like a four year old with a thesaurus.
Agreed… but I’d say Rogan is as good… 👍
@@bendevere8525 Awww... It's okay. Lots of places where you can belong.
👍
Russell Brand!
I love these two men.
You can do way better queen
@@bendevere8525😂
Would you like Russell Brand if the sexual allegations made against him are true? Wonder if more will come out on that!
@@Caareenkm6726 there probably will be more allegations if he keeps asking questions the establishment doesn’t like.
@@Caareenkm6726 You want him to be a r**ist so bad, don’t you?
This is great! Love the honesty from them both!
Wow! That was the meatiest conversation.. sacred sweet and delighful!
love Russell & tucker having this talk been waiting for these two together 😊
Bold and brilliant conversation, gentlemen 🎉❤😊
Thank you so much, Tucker, for providing a place to listen and learn with laughter😊❤🎉
Bless you, Russell, for your insights and kind open spirituality.😊🎉❤
Is it just me, or does anybody else think Russell talks too slowly? Love that dude, the only guy I can think of who talks remotely like him was Robin Williams. A lot of genuine depth and genius.
youre probably just used to watching brain rot content on youtube and online, seeing idiots speak off a script super fast. if you found smart people in your life, youll realize they dont talk fast, they just talk at pace. russell brand talks at pace, not "too slowly"
@@mini_mozzer Have you ever heard of the word "sarcasm"? There are only a couple people I've ever listened to who talk as fast as Russell Brand, Robin Williams is one . Lighten up!
@@mini_mozzer - Damn! That went straight over your head!
I miss Robin Williams
RUSSELL BRAND IS A TREASURE!
Not to mention a serial sexual assaulter but hey, everyone’s treasure’s different
@@bendevere8525 Are you still this blind? Why do you support evil? What is the end goal?
The thought occurred to me that Russell Brand has a comedic style that reminicently similar to Robin Williams - albeit, he presents serious global matters, he's very witty, intelligent, spiritual, and absolutely hilarious otherwise.
Such a good interview. Where is part two?
This two gentlemen would be a great tim and alternative for news broadcasts! Loved the conversation.
Russell was always a kind soul. Chubby kid, great mom, etc. Funny and smart. He matured,, had kids, etc. You guys are heroes. You guys travel the miles, doing the time, speaking out for all.
You’ve done it again Tucker. What a brilliant interview.
And great job in Canada with JP and Lord Black
In fairness, he did very little in that interview!
I love Russell. Feels like he is trying to say everything in one sentence without repeating any words or pausing and so that the end of the sentence joins up with the beginning is what it feels like he is trying to…
Consider yourself bamboozled. The man’s all smoke and mirrors. A poor player, that struts and frets his hour upon the stage, and then is (hopefully) heard no more: tales told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.
That was pretty dang good.
You two are irresistible simply Brilliant…..heart intellect humor real laughter Brilliant as in light force💚🙏
I always get the feeling this studio is built underground, like a very protected bunker.
As a recovering junkie myself I can very much relate to the insight that Russell expresses.. I personally find that GRATITUDE is 2nd ONLY TO GOD… without that, I would NOT have gotten sober and become somewhat successful..
Two men with integrity talking with each other! 👏
One man
This man is a legend! Love him! ❤
I never liked Russel Brand. However, in view of his beliefs and honesty,i along with many others have completely changed our minds. He speaks with compassion and i feel that if politicians had his sincerity, the world would be a better place.
Two of my favorite journalists.
Um…Journalists? That’s a huge stretch!!
Please explain your position. They both cite sources for every story they cover, and neither is controlled by corporate narratives.
@@flyballhdeg9775 I can find a “source” to support absolutely anything I could dream up. Where can I find it? On the internet of course. People get confused as to what NEWS actually is. It is a factual story in which its sources have been verified, ideally by at least 2 people. A JOURNALISTS responsibility is to take the story, fully investigate its authenticity, verify its sources, and then report it. It is NOT to seek out propaganda that suits its agenda, bend and manipulate it if it doesn’t, then spew it out there as if it were facts! I NEVER read/listen to a story and go “oh, guess that’s true”. In today’s world it does work that way. I find out where it came from, I google the topic, I find other coverage of the same story, and ONLY THEN do I walk away from it knowing the facts. It sucks but PEOPLE GET PAID TO LIE! Fox LITERALLY has stayed that in a court of law! The owner has testified to it. You can read it in court transcripts. Now THAT IS A FACT YOU CAN GOOGLE. Good morning by the way. ☺️
@@kellygreen8467brand may not have been a journalist in the past, but he sure is now.
I like how it feels...don't change a thing
Saw this interview on Fox Nation (dumped it) when Tucker was there. Great interview.
Russell takes me back to the sixties.
So, how many words did you guys have to look up? I had to look up:
epicureanism, (an ancient school of philosophy founded in Athens by Epicurus. The school rejected determinism and advocated hedonism (pleasure as the highest good), but of a restrained kind: mental pleasure was regarded more highly than physical, and the ultimate pleasure was held to be freedom from anxiety and mental pain, especially that arising from needless fear of death and of the gods.),
abberation (a departure from what is normal, usual, or expected, typically an unwelcome one.)
Deracinated (uprooted from one's natural geographical, social, or cultural environment.)
Contingent upon (occurring or existing only if (certain circumstances) are the case; dependent on.)
Telos (the ancient Greek term for an end, fulfilment, completion, goal or aim; it is the source of the modern word 'teleology)
Solipsism (the quality of being very self-centred or selfish. the view or theory that the self is all that can be known to exist.)
Edict (an official order or proclamation issued by a person in authority.)
Germaine (being at once relevant and appropriate : FITTING)
Semiotic (a general philosophical theory of signs and symbols that deals especially with their function in both artificially constructed and natural languages and comprises syntactics, semantics, and pragmatics)
I knew most of those, but seemed to have heard deracinationism some somewhere in my a William F. Buckley readings as a kid. I could be wrong about that memory.
Yea, I mean, most of them I could work out because of the context, but I thought it would be interesting to actually look up what they meant. @@anthonyc.9523
I would like to see Russell and Rosann Barr have a show.....that would be a beautiful thing ❤ that kind of energy is a gift from God.
I was an atheist however, over this past year I have become very aware that there is a divine presence around me, watching carefully at why is currently happening to the world.
Thank you for sharing this, brilliant!! The world is changing!!
It seems to me that a very important message was conveyed in this interview. We can all view life differently and allow each other to think as we will. To me, problems arise when people feel that their way is the only way ..... " let me introduce my little friend to you .... his name is, indoctrination. Radical folks from both sides are not content with living their lives unincumbered. They declare themselves victims and demand that you shut up and do things their way. In the end, there is no "your truth and my truth". In the end, there is just truth. Once you declare yourself the victim, you are allowed to declare a truth that YOU pronounce, and to hell with the actual truth.
Beautiful. Thank you!
"...The acceptance that I don’t know everything - and that you know things that I don't know… and you've had experiences that I won't understand…
But this is most important of all… that I know that you will have experienced suffering and pain - and if I were able to share it with you I would love you and I would forgive you… and I hope that you would find the same forgiveness for me.
And from this place of vulnerability we can cultivate something together that we cannot cultivate when my only interest is saying “I don't agree with you”…."
!!!!!!!!!😯
2nd time Russel spoke, he was already self inspecting and reflecting, thats pure awareness and thats what all of us need, ALL RISE
I feel exhausted just listening to him
Legend Love him ❤
What a magnificent podcast I’m glad I could slow it down. Russell do you have a runaway speech you talk so fast I’m just glad I could slow it down🎉
How marvelous it is to listen to someone who has taken the time to be objective. Russell's goals are 180 degrees from the tyrannical US government...and wouldn't it be wonderful if our government were less concerned with their own power and more concerned with OUR well being as per the Constitution.
I love the way you both do the news you’re kinda like two peas in a pod you know how to make the news fun 😂 and I really enjoyed listening to both of you!😊
This interview was so much better than the one with Bill Maher
I think Bill Maher is always looking for a gotcha moment and I doubt his heart is pure in that regard.
Bill Maher is a tool of the Jewish elite. A complete fake.
I tried to watch it but Bill was so juvenile. It felt like Bill wanted Russell sexually very embarrassing.
@@emiliegray6737 agreed, I thought perhaps that Bill was drunk or high that would have explained his childish behavior. That was also really inappropriate to do infront of a recovering addict like Russel.
Yeah, Russell was on a “higher” plane.

Where is my dictionary? I love listening to Russell Brand his use of language to express ideas that are difficult for others to put into words.
Dear beautiful Russell Brand, you are so brilliant! How I wish you'd use this normal voice tone on your show, rather than the amped up one. It's so riveting.
Two of my favourite people
Lovee it. Near 10 minute answer to the first question haha

RB is a PREACHER!!! in a good way...he can pontificate unendingly...i am amazed sir
To unconfident people narcissism in others looks like confidence
@@bendevere8525 like your "confidence"?
@@bendevere8525 you no like RB?...anything specific? any exact point with which you disagree? dont forget to be precise
@@user-gp6nt7ev7m sure, I’ll repeat what I said in my own comment tho coz I’m busy. 'Rhetoric is the art of ruling the minds of men', and Brand's eloquence has always masked a vapid, derivative, boring new-age buffet of clichéd thinking. Like most gurus, he collects lonely and confused idiots. Brand's shift from addressing injustices to propagating conspiracy theories sped this up, increased his reach and revenue, and snowballed his entrenchment in discredited narratives. I used to admire the man, but the influence of conspiracy theories on public discourse and political engagement, especially among younger audiences is dangerous. That's before even mentioning the sexual assaults, inconsistency, bullying, etc etc. I have worked in the entertainment industry for a long time and for over a decade he was persona non grata, and almost everyone refused to work with him. I met him a few times. He is incredibly charismatic, and if you’re not on your guard, it’s very easy to be charmed.
@@bendevere8525 in other words...your own jaundiced "opinion" of RB...you make no specific counter arguments....you mix fact with your own opinion and present it as "fact"...who are you to decide which is or not "discredited"? you decide of course which makes your entire discourse here merely your "opinion"
He's like Jordan Petersen if Peterson had gone through the meat grinder of sex and drug addictions and left him ever so slightly mad.
He's what we call eccentric ❤
JP has been thru all that (at least the drug addiction) and is mad.
Reminds me of the 60s... Nothing has changed, just the players have changed...
What's so cool about Russell is is obviously very intelligent, not conceited. Doesn't have to be using his time to be exposing the owner Class ! But HE DOES !!
NOT conceited? Are you high? The man's ego has its own postal code.

@@bendevere8525 oh. Thats all you’ve got? Guess it reeeeeeeaaaaaly still hurts
@@sailingthevic3966 well, since you ask, I could have pointed out that a bad joke about sexual assault, given all the allegations leveled against him, is in extremely bad taste, not to mention childish; but I was getting ready to go out and you didn’t seem worth it. Today though, you seem just about worth it, so you’re welcome. How about a counterargument to one of my points rather than another rape joke. Or is that all YOU’VE got?
I am only five minutes into this interview and having to look up definitions of words. "Deracinated", that is a new one for me.
My word this guy is blowing my mind!!! I pray the Heavenly Father continues to use you and myself to save people Russell! Miss you brother and look forward to seeing you soon
id love to say to RB after one of his fugue rants: Could you repeat that?

This man has seen the light. He is a credit to the human race.
11:40 I wasn't aware of Tucker's drinking problem, but he has confessed that he used to have 4 Vodkas for breakfast before he found sobriety.
And cocaine binges 😂 he left that one out today!

when did they sit down for this interview?
Been generally listening to stuff at x2 speed, but geez Russell tests the audio-temporal systems :P
When was this aired?
good talk u2 :)
I just get the impression that Brand is the modern day Lord Byron
Can anybody find the link for Part 2 of this? I can't.
How crazy has the mainstream become that it has brought together these two.
did this interview take place recently?
This was fun. I sort of feel like Russell's not really wired for a conversation that is balanced in give and take but I think he a masterful orator. He cares about the state of the world in most of the ways I do so I love to hear what he has to say.
Hope on HIGH 🙏
when was this recorded?
At least a year or two. Tucker has not been on Tucker Carlson Today for a while.
When was this interview actually done?
Is this a recent interview????
I wonder what it would have been like to have Norm MacDonald in the room.
Excellent outlook of Russell on G-dliness, emphasising the human duties of creating unity and bridges, rather than a centralised ideology. This reminds very strongly of Jewish Hassidic insights, as well as Far Eastern attitudes.
All challenges, whether through hardships, temptations or fame, are an opportunity to find one's way.
In reference to Ricky Gervais:
"G-d is my shadow..." means, as Russell hints at beautifully, that we quasi 'create' the G-d we'll experience. The atheists view of G-d is detachment and irrelevance, wherefore their god is cold, judgemental and irrelevant.
i would have thought most people would known you from binge watching the craig ferguson show.
Brand Tucker, maybe they should do a movie, unaware they are brothers, only finding out through a third brother who is an alien.
Time for Global spiritual and cultural Renaissance.
Dark period should be over.
Wait, how old is this interview? I thought Tucker was independent now. Why does the Fox logo keep popping up?
Russell is the best
