Now the total period will be considered 4 years. Keep it in your mind project may be delivered to the clients 4+1 is equal to 5 years. In the meanwhile developer is responsible to develop the project completely and handed over to the clients..So the keep it in your mind a project launched as above will be delivered in 5 years after. If a project launched on 4/5 years installment payment will be delivered in next 6/7 years after. Property buying is a game of fire and Its all just like fish hunting. I tried to sell my all files but they started to making dramas now . I can’t come to Pakistan. I am an overseas Pakistani. . My air tickets cost me more than 5 lakhs.
