@@amanasati5198 ur team at tejasnet is not the only company making bsnl 4G equipment. My brother was using bsnl 4G since 2019 and I started using in 2020
That remote wala system for BSNL is called RET(Remote Electrical Tilt). The old one was mechanical tilt. Being a Network Engineer we often work on it.

BSNL has really bad coverage even in Mumbai and 4g is not even there yet its 2024 man, most of time BSNL network is not working that's why switched to Airtel and its work awesome
