As someone who used to work at target when it comes to seasonal products, we only got a limited amount of stuff for our store. We put out what we can and backstock what we can’t put out and usually the rotation is that things were getting pulled out of backstock every single day to be put on the floor. So yes, the later you go in the season to target to buy stuff for the holidays. The less stuff there is going to be for you to get.
