      રીટાબેન, આપનો ખૂબ ખૂબ આભાર, મારા ઘરમાં પણ બધાને ઘેંશ બહુ જ ભાવે છે, ઘેંશ વધી હોય તો તેની વડી પણ બનાવીએ છીએ તે તળીને ખાઈએ તો ખૂબ જ સ્વાદિષ્ટ લાગે છે.

      Thanks Siddharth Bhai, aa ghensh tame maati na Vasan ma banavso to vadhare mithi laagse, B12 ochu hoy to tame bapore jamva ma half cup dahi leso to pan saru rehse. Bhaat vadhya hoy ema dahi add Karine mix karo pachi tame upar vaghaar redo jema tel garam kari hing, raai, suka laal marcha, urad dal, chana dal thodi fry kari bhaat ma mix karvani e pan mast curd rice banse.

      If you are using curd then it should be medium sour. Take 2 Cup Curd Add 3 Cup Water in it and whisk it well. So Buttermilk ready, Use it with this same method, Thanks 🙏🙂

      કદાચ મારાથી બોલવામાં ભૂલ થઈ હશે, ડિસ્ક્રીપશનમાં સામગ્રીનાં માપમાં 2 ચમચી લખ્યું છે. ઘીનું માપ પોતાની ઈચ્છા અનુસાર હોય વધારે કે ઓછું લઈ શકાય છે. વિડીયો જોવા બદલ આભાર 👏🙏

      Kolam is similar with Gujarat 17 rice it has not smell. And Krishna Kamod is use for making khichu and Ghensh because it has good smell.

      મેં જે ઢાંકણ ઢાંકયું તે કાચનું છે અને તેમાં એક કાચમાં કાણું પણ છે એટલે અંદરની ગરમ હવા બહાર નીકળી શકે જેથી ઉભરાશે નહીં. છાંટા ન ઊડે તેના માટે ઢાંકવું જરૂરી છે, ગેસની નજીક રહીને ઘેસ હલાવતા રહો તો પણ સરસ બનશે, ગેસ ધીમો જ રાખવો.
