You’re not delulu Anna, sis I can relate. I also desire to be married and to be married young. I also don’t just want any kinda man, I want to be with a handsome, kingdom man lol. But as I’ve taken this to God in prayer God has been working in me. So I believe that there’s nothing wrong in taking our “desperation” to God because I believe God will work in us as we seek him in prayer. I came out of a 4 year situationship and God told me that I idolised that man and I placed my love for him before my love of God, amongst the many other things. I believe that though it’s NOT always easy being single, we can use this season of singleness to prepare for marriage like Leti said, but also most importantly I believe that putting God first and serving him in our season of singleness is most important. God sees and knows our desires and he will reward us. ❤
wow thank you so much for being so transparent Ariel! You’re right, singleness is a great season to have undivided attention toward God. And in the past, I’ve also been in a space where I had learn to disconnect and not rely so much on the relationships (friendships/family etc) God has given me, but rather go to Him first for everything. Waiting on God’s timing is key, not just for relationships but for everything! Thank you again and thanks for watching 💕
