The cross marking the burning of Laimer, Ridley and Cranmer is in Broad street, not St Giles
Yes, @samtwentytwo, the âcross markâ and the Memorial are not the same location. Good catch.
It mentioned the covered market, but then showed... some shopping centre that isn't even in Oxford. Don't forget Port Meadow, punting, the Phoenix Cinema and the lovely old pubs.
I believe Magdalen in Oxford is pronounced âMaudlin.â College, Tower, Bridge, etc.
Never seen such incredfible comentary before. unreal stuff. SUNSCRIBED!!!
Magdalen College pronounced with the "g" is in Cambridge. In Oxford the "g" is silent and the name pronounced more like "Maudlin"

Loved visiting there years ago, but I didn't do most of these. Love these new ideas and things to do. Great job on this video.

Watching this on a Friday afternoon in Oxford đđ
Having stock footage of oxford street in London is wild looool Come on guys!! other than that good video
I don't think that's the "historic covered market" at 0:17 - more likely the Westgate Shopping Mall
Agreed.
Why have you got videos of Oxford Street (which is in London) at the start of this video?
And the shopping centre in the intro is not the Oxford covered market.
I want to say the same thing ,who did not know london they will thought it is part from oxford
Did I miss the covered market? It was Westgate shopping center photoâs in the beginning.
Pitt Rivers is to my mind not to be missed as it's quite unlike any other - being an eclectic collection of 'stuff' (collected) by an explorer / traveller. I'm not a fan of museums having been brought up brought up in London many years ago where the displays could be very boring. The joy of P-R is that its what he collected and that includes items that you would not see in a conventional museum.
Hidden away behind the natural history museum it's worth more than just a casual visit...
Iâm going to visit Oxford in January next year and your video is so helpful. May i ask a question? How compact is Oxford? Are the places mentioned near to each other? Thank you.
Everything is a twenty minute walk away at a maximum
Have you ever been to Oxford as most of your pictures are not even in the same county. Half these pictures are of London.
I wanna continue my study here, wish me lucky... take my graduate degree continuesly forward... Many plan here... Awesome buildings, i have many plans about those buildings too for mine privately, not to be arrogant... I wanna be meaningful someday... Ameen đđŹđ§â€ïž

Here is a tip- get the visuals to match what you are talking about, and do some research to make sure you 'facts' are correct. EG Martyr's Memorial is not on the spot where Cranmer, Latimer and Ridley were burnt at the stake. That place is in another street.
You have obviously never been to Oxford as parts of your video show places in London.
Not sure why you do a tour, and include parts where your comments are, whatever that means, and your number 10, is not the actual site where they were burnt at the stake. Stopped watching, I do not like such videos where you can not be bothered to look something up, or you actually get your facts wrong.
This was truly awful, amateur and often misleading for what purports to be a channel dedicated to things a person should do or see. Plus, can you imagine walking around Oxford with that music playing in your head? Yikes.
