I think it was fair. What, you think it deserved full credit?? She definitely hit the beam with another part of her body before her hands, her head and shoulders positioned directly down at the floor, the crowd let out a loud, spontaneous gasp. Seemed like a fall to me, and the judges too I guess.
Yeah, something definitively happened there. If you've seen her previous ones, you can tell she messed up somehow. I don't think she was supposed to make contact with that part of her lower body. Watch her national beam routine, where she does it as she is supposed to, and the difference is more obvious.
