- Oven Baked Barbecue Chicken Legs Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken legs
Olive oil
Barbecue sauce
Black Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Sazon seasoning
Slap Yo MaMa seasoning
Brown sugar
Bake chicken legs at 350 for 1 hour 20 minutes covered.
Uncover pour out liquid made from chicken and then . pour barbecue sauce over chicken and sprinkle on brown sugar bake for 20 minutes. Turn on broil setting and cook for 4 minutes on lower oven rack.

Have a big packet of chicken legs and wanted to do baked bbq chicken with them but wanted to watch someone on here to actually cook them so I can see and I’m going to now do almost the same as you but I don’t have a few of rhe seasonings which is fine and also I don’t do spicy so I won’t add hot sauce my Mexican hubby would love the way you did it maybe I will do some for him that way soon. After you put barbecue on do you put the foil back on before you put them back in the oven. And no foil when you broil it I'm assuming? I'm literally about to put them back in the oven. So far these don't disappoint. Super good.
Yeah put the foil back on and yes no foil when you have them under the broiler
