Never? I have to say that personally. Never been more excited, but I've never had this big of a break between a game in a series.
I think a huge thing working in CF25’s favor compared to Madden is the release schedule. Madden is unfortunately plagued by a yearly release deadline which pretty much guarantees that year over year change can’t be massive. The foundation is already built for the game, and since they only have a year they can really only build over mistakes rather than destroy and rebuild a better foundation. This game, on the other hand, is being built almost completely from the ground up, which ideally should give it a much improved starting point compared to Madden
Don’t know how popular of an opinion this is but I would honestly take like a full priced game every three to four years with yearly 40ish dollar roster updates. Use this game and what we assume to be its massive success and positive reception to transition sports games into truly good games instead of fancy advertisements for the leagues.
@@chadraybon4822that would be so much better than maddens current system. Gameplay can really only change so much year over year and then the hype for each new game would be that much more.
This is a rare opportunity. Having a more traditional dev cycle can give this game a great foundation.

I completely agree with and I’ve been saying for years. After finding out on a Reddit post that almost all the sport games are built on old code ,madden needs a year or two off yearly release.Also as stop putting the game on old-gen which I know is holding things back too
Can't wait for you to start a franchise on this game. It would be a good idea if you would live stream the first regular-season game of the season for whatever team you're playing.

The Dynamic PIP Playcall screen reminds me of NFL 2K5.
It seems like the people that make the NCAA game actually care about their product and have passion for football. It was lile this back in the day as well. The same can not be said for Madden.
Really enjoyed your story and play by play. Looking forward to seeing what you do with this game. But not as pumped about what I’m going to do!

All this information is definitely helping my case for really hyping up this game. But it’s not just the information given, it’s how they’re providing. The ncaa team feels very focused and really wanting to let people know what they’re up too. I think the dynamic crowds is such a good touch, especially for me when I’m doing a UConn dynasty lol as they aren’t the best. But I can’t wait for further deep dives I’m only hoping we can use like some of preset celebrations, custom fully of the stadium and such.
i feel like adding tradition and pre game flare to a teambuilder dynasty would be difficult. so im kinda hoping you choose a real school so we can see their traditions and ect. also dope af that they added some stuff for utsa
One small thing I hope gets added eventually is the “run off” celebration. (Idk what else to call it). Michigan vs Bama or Ohio State vibes where the game is over and players can’t contain themselves.
I’m looking forward to seeing the updates to team builder as well. It’s great you can create your own team but after seeing this presentation footage, if team builder is similar to the one in NCAA 14 (no fight song, limited jerseys, only being able to choose from 2 generic stadiums, no pre game tradition, etc.) I’m not sure I’ll want to do a team builder dynasty. But hopefully there are improvements!
I hope for your teambuilder dynasty, they have the option of, and you use, helmet stickers. I've always loved colleges that do that, and would've loved to have seen that with Kalispell Hoping for that this time around!

2) There always middle to bottom of the conference
3) Bobby Petrino offense is back
4) Rarely used for a creator’s dynasty
5) Stadium ranked as one of the toughest places to play
6) Always have a tough schedule
7) Great Tradition
8) Arkansas’ rival is everybody
9) Unique mascot and the only Razorback
I agree on the team builder curiosity. I wonder if rivalry trophies can be made for a custom team or at all. Would be a neat feature for the future if not.

with all of this ggreat presentation and what we know about dynasty mode so far, i have a hard time thinking about how this game could flop. i think the replay value will be insane with all the traditions of certain schools. The gameplay would have to be horrific to ruin this game but everything we've seen so far has me so stoked to hop into a rebuild
All this news does get me a little hyped. I still am reserving judgment for when the game releases. I will never trust EA sports ever.

You should do a Kalispell Dynasty. It could take place many years after you finished the original series and the program has declined majorly to the point that you have to completely rebuild the program from the ground up

I'm guessing modding was a big issue in getting a PC game out. I doubt they figured out how to stop moddera from creating real players, coaches, trophies, and other items they couldn't get deals with to put in games. They they are doing it this year, it would open them to lawsuits that they didn't want to deal with this year. I think they will figure it out next year.

They should let Erin Andrews voice over one of the deep dives just to drive home that we're back!
EA is just getting around to adding back everything from past football games. The blueprint has existed for over 20 years; EA just chose dollars over customers, when they could have had both.

Tbh I hope madden and cfb have a realese cycle like call of duty like we get madden for a full year and cfb for a full year the next year wishful thinking so I don’t think it’s gonna happen
I liked all the visual stuff one thing I didn't like was the Fowler call on the 2 point return to win the game was underwhelming, I need more excitement. Everything else looked great
I didn’t personally think it sounded underwhelming but maybe. However I’m more glad they have commentary like that in the game

@Matt11560 eh, the presentation of Madden is still so far from being good with what we have been shown for next year. The gameplay hopefully should be better it wasn't too bad this year and if they can fix trajectory and coverage play being inhuman and making impossible plays itll be solid for sure
@@Matt11560I've heard so many years madden took a step in the right direction and it never has. I feel like this year will finally be an improvement but I still don't think Madden deserves a buy this year. They honestly need to skip a year or 2 and completely start over.

Well -- per usual -- EA has its marketing down. How can you NOT be excited to play a college football game seemingly 10 years in the making? EA seems to understand that players expect this game to play better than Madden, & be more rewarding than NCAA 14. If they actually nail it, or even give it a solid "B" effort -- it will be a huge win for gamers, and garner some good will for EA. However -- Until we know, ill continue to rein in my expectations. The video game industry is lacking leadership and developer talent as it prioritizes politics and activism over merit. EA is guilty of some seriously depraved decisions -- so im going to need to see it to believe it when it comes to this game....or anything with an EA stamped on it. Fingers crossed tho.

ngl was a little disappointed nothing has been said about senior day being put into the game. it is a big part of the college experience and they wouldn't even need to do anything big. at the start of the game we always get some sort of player highlight or standings or stats overview or similar, all the would have to do is just put up a little pop-up screen with head shots of the senior players with their name, position and hometown with some generic commentary line about how "they came in as freshman and carved their own path and all the sweat and hard work has led to this last final game in this stadium" you could have just a few different takes and since senior day only happens once a year if you had the commentary switch it wouldn't be annoying

I never beat the base game. I'll have to give it another go one day. Elden Ring was my first time playing a Souls like game and I played about 20 hours. Might be a little too stressful for me.
