  • Welcome back, if you new i hope you considering subscribing returning members thank you and make sure to like and share. In today’s video I’m sharing my issues with Can am renegade acting weird lately, she is completely dead; hopefully I can revive her and start rolling again. tested my battery and solenoid both in good shape, checked fuses and connections on bike. Found dirt caked in low voltage side of solenoid coming from switch. When putting bike back make sure everything is tight, any loose connections can cause issues, but thankfully I have figured out just started bike running like new . Let’s ride R3G

Your ground wire going from the frame to the battery pull it off and clean it real good on both ends as well as the positive side of the battery and thus both sides of the solenoid on the big and you can stick a screwdriver between the two begins on the solenoid and it will crank even if your solenoid did go bad it wouldn't make the bike stop running and the two small push on wires on the solenoid you need to put clean real good and put Victaulic grease in them

Did u figure it out mine did same thing was down three months actually found it was a aground issue ur 2 40 amp fuses on throttle side of bike one of mine for ignition dps was melting not popping also but if u check voltage an just tug on the harness on right side I’ll see voltage go up an down but finally figured it was a damn ground mine only has 170 miles an id ride it one day it be fine next day die out 50 times

Damm and seems to be fuses not staying in place for me cause recent had bro ride and would not come on he checked fuses on side not making good connection it wired and annoying tbh but I will also check my grounds and I’m with you 🤝💪🏽

Would your battery go completely dead when it would shut off? Mines shuts off when I'm riding but because the battery goes completely dead.

@@texastalk86 my renegade voltage drops to zero while starting and then totally resets bike. I will post a video of what mine is doing.
