The song is conversations being had between Nia, Nostrand and Otto. Otto being the one that had killed Nia and blamed it on a guard but did not know that she had been found and revived by the HOSS to work for them.

I've listened to these guys for like 14 years, but I think this is my favorite bit of art associated with them. It gives off a very 40k vibe which is awesome.

I basically loved everything Coheed has put out (yes, even YotBR), but this right here just oozes that flavor they've been missing probably since the second half of Good Apollo.
