Sir as u have said fault is a sharp break in lithosphere plates.
So it split the plate in two parts as my understanding.
Now my question is that - as the earthquake takes place in every min through fault. So it divides the plate again and again
No, earthquakes doesn't divide the plates, the faults are the weak locations in a plate with rupture or break which promote the event of earthquake. Breaking of plates is a very large scale event which may have grave consequences.
after entering class 11 with geography as my optional subject , i started to regret my decision . but thanks to u sir , that i started loving this subject in just a time period of less than 3 weeks

Sir plates phle takrate hai phir alag hona chahte hai? Lekin upar ka wazn se wo nhi hota but as soon as they overcome friction they tend to move apart! when they first collide is that earthquake? Or
