Lena Smolon he was asked what's the difference of his life before and after he won PGT (pilipinas got talent) .he discovered his talent at the age of 16or 17 while spraying the poultry,during that time he didn't know that he is that good until his Co workers told him that he sings so good as female and male vocals. he put up some business from the money he won at PGT. and he was engaged to a non showbiz gf.i hope I enlighten you with his interview. I'm a huge fan of marcelito.

He said he didn't start to discover that he can really sing until he was 16 years old. While working and cleaning in a poultry house, he would start singing songs sang by local Filipino talents. And while he was told that he can sing, he just shrugged it off and would reply back and said everybody else can sing anyway.
