Paul can do demo-man directly out of sway because it's only a simple d input.
The only standing attacks he can't do directly from sway are those using the inputs: n, b, ff, bb, b,f or QCF.
The exceptions to this are his throws which use n or b inputs. Their inputs need to be delayed slightly, but they'll still come out at the earliest possible time.
Using any non-sway move from sway will take one extra frame.

1. Jin can also cancel his Zen into neutral Jump by pressing u+f. So he can IWR out of Zen.
2. King/AMK can buffer the last frame of giant swing so the throw comes out after the SS - just wait for the SS to happen and press f+1

I guess it's also worth mentioning that hei can cancel his f2, not only the standing 2. F2 is probably the more common method

I just use myst stepnwith kazyua on the crumple combos into 314 with a slight delay I found very early made that work better specially after a ws2

You can also cancel ss with b or f etc to access 314

For lars unblockable combo i usually instead buffer f3+4. I use DE cancel.. so its like this b1+3, f3, d, f3, 2

I'm a dedicated Lee main so let me give you an even better way of doing Triple fang just frame for all my brothers in excellence!
this is a true Lee main secret that even a lot of Lee mains dont know, the method you put does work but isn't as consistent in my experience and is also hard to do in high pressure situations, and Ive tried every method there is at this point
I learned this on a stream from Father years ago: basically all that matters is that you space out the first two b11 inputs, thats it! Thats all that matters lol! you can mash 2 and it will land every single time!
So your input should be something like b1 n 1 222, just hold b and stagger the first two 1 inputs and then mash 2, just make sure you space out the first two b1 inputs! the timing will come quickly, once you master this method it will come out everytime I promise, I learned this years ago and I can do it 99% of the time in any situation.
