In 2020 I actually wanted to make a fake coin grinding strategy to make it look like you could get free gold crates, but my recording software got like 10 fps and I didn't know how to edit so I never did. That's my contribution to strategy making 👍

My fastest strat is just using Farm, DJ, Commander, Golden Minigun, and Militant. So I just need to have like 4 farms (2 farms in lvl 2 and 2 farms in lvl 1) then not upgrading it until 3000 cash or a bit more cash. After that I place 1 Golden Mini and try to upgrade it until lvl 2, after get the lvl 2, I upgrade my farms + I upgrade my Golden Mini if I get a bit struggle… The maps that I really like to use for my strat is ToyBoard, Crossroad, U-Turn, Rocket Arena, and Marshland. The fastest triumph is abt 14 mins in ToyBoard and the slowest triumph is abt 17 mins in U-Turn.
The method I use is molten mode using Glad, pursuit, Dj, commander, and farm (works on most maps). On average I finish molten games in about 11 minutes 25- 11 minutes and 30 seconds. It's by far my favorite speedruning/farming method. It's also super easy since Gladiator carries the whole early-mid game and Pursuit deletes the boss. You can also use towers like accelerator engi and gold mini, but they can get stunned unlike Pursuit, and are very expensive. Engi does have a shield on its turrets, but they can't be buffed by coa.

In conclusion- easy money grind.
Would recommend playing music while doing it so it doesn’t get too boring
mode - pizza party find random lobbies and u beat pizza party in average of 20 minutes, if u get a golden scout guy u can get 18 minutes and u get 1000 gold, that gives u around 3000 gold per hour

This is actually very useful, I never got a gold crate and I'm level 80!
Though might need to get some friends because I can't even solo fallen.

For me it’s really simple : loadout mini Gunner commander farm DJ and soldier :map toy board or ice Valley strategy place down 2 soldiers at the beginning (doesn’t matter what type) farm until wave 9 then add two soldiers and upgrade all of them to level two this is a time that you might leak a little. but it’s fine. Farm until wave 12. Then add four more. Soldiers And upgrade all of them to level two. Then farm to wave 16. By then you should have all Apple farms (don’t max out your farms Apple farm is much better for this strategy by this time spam down mini guns doesn’t matter which skin once it says tower placement limit sell four of your mini guns and add DJ and commander three commanders so that you can chain (this is molten mode) now sell your soldiers and place down more mini guns after you reach the tower placement limit again start upgrading all of your mini guns to level two. Then upgrade them to level three then upgrade them to level four. after that, at wave 39, sell all of your farms.
And use that money to upgrade your mini guns Once the boss comes Start chaining your commanders and if you did everything right you would solo at a time of 20 minutes so this strategy gets you 1500 coins per hour with golden mini gun it will take you 15 minutes which amounts to 2000 coins per hour hope that helped

Molten mode, Rocket Arena/Crossroads, Ace, Militant, Farm, Place Ace for early and farm. After that keep on farming while upgrading your ace til max. Get another max ace and max out your farms. Spam max militants. On wave 40 sell your farms and get more militants. Also make sure to get 10 aces before spamming militants.

This restriction doesn't actually exist. It's just a visual bug, and this strategy still works as intended. Next time you are on crystal, try placing there and it should work.

im late to this but my favorite strat is commander, dj, shotgunner, (normal, gold is optional) mini, and a slot i forgot to use, on intermediate mode with the crossroads map.
you start with a shotgunner, get another, upgrade both to lv 2, save for a mini (you should have one by the first ghoul), upgrade it to lv 2, buy a dj and commander, forget about the commander for now, upgrade the dj to level 3, then i just do the rest without a strat (spam minis and use commanders cta in sticky situations)
For me, i just go molten mode and try to win as quick as I can
I can complete it usually in around 12 minutes(my fastest was 11 min 54 secs in crystal cave)
You can expect this strat to be a bit less than 2500/hr coins on average unless if you are really good
Pros:
1: This strat is pretty easy to do(in terms of skill)
2: This strat works in multiple maps(though some maps may be a bit worse but it can still be at around 12 minutes so)
Cons:
1: This strat requires golden scout and golden mini, or else its gonna be slower(even with no g mini its kinda fine, but no g scout is gonna slow down quite a lot)
2: This strat is quite boring
3: Solo only, I don't know the tactics for duo or more
Towers: Farm, Commander, DJ, Golden Scout, Golden Minigunner
Recommended Map: Crystal Cave(this works the best, the other maps would also work if u can spawn kill them using gscouts)
Tactic: Place 3 gscouts first, then farm, when heavies come, grab one more scout. When boss comes, grab more scout or upgrade all of them to at least lvl 1 with one of them possibily lvl 3(due to calculations, lvl 0 is most efficient but lvl 1 is still very efficient so it doesnt really matter, and lvl 3 is just for a higher dps). After that at wave 12 grab another lvl 3 gscout. Then keep farming(when all your farms are at least lvl 3, grab a lvl 3 dj unless if u need more firepower) while grabbing more lvl 3 scouts. When wave 20 comes, grab a lvl 2 commander and use the ability, and use the remaining money on farms, the next wave is the same. Wave 22 max some lvl 3 golden scouts and use the commander ability(btw dont go further than 6 scouts its probably not a good idea im not sure). After that u can start building gmini but u can max all your gscouts first if u want to(gscout technically is more efficient, they just have less dps so its fine). Meanwhile, grab a 3rd commander, and continue maxing your farms. When your farms are maxed, max one of your commander and your dj(which one first im not sure, probably commander first is better). After that just keep using your money on gminis and place them on spots that can spawnkill but not too close or else the molten boss wll be able to stun it, ruining the dps. When molten boss comes, u can sell all your farms and g scouts(if u have enough time to do that). When the molten boss is about to stun and your commander can be stunned, sell one of them, wait for the stun, and then immideatly place it back and upgrade it(u can just max it cause u probably dont have enough time to place another gmini as it would probably do nothing)

It was funny spamming a bunch of them while they would rapid fire like crazy
all i use is glad dj commander farm and accel. first just get glads and farm a bit off of wave bonus, eventually max them after placing dj level 3. by wave 26 u should have 4 max glads, 1 max dj, 8 level 3 farms and maybe commanders to chain. then max one comamnder, get an accel then spam max accels

I grind molten mode on simplicity, grassland, and I used to grind a lot on Iceville before the revamp. But I still do it sometimes

another tip for molten grinding : To win faster, you need to use mini and not accel since accel took like 16 mins and mini took only like 13 or 12 mins.

Wow, warden strat is really impreeeive, it's only roughly 1 minute slower than the golden Scout Warden/ranger strat i use

if i want to grind coins, i usually use farm, warden, accelerator, commander and dj
I use hunter sledger and accelerator alongside commander and farm. The trick is to sell the hunters and max the accels last wave
in crystal cave you can place towers in the red zone right next to the zombie spawn
All i needed to speedrun normal mode pretty fast was one ace pilot, farms, Dj, Minigunner, Crook Boss, and then deleteing the farms at wave 40 before spamming and maxing minigunner and ace pilots. The map was on Fungi Island
Normal mode has only 30 waves
if you work a minimum wage job in colorado your rate will be 250 coins an hour + some
that vampire killer goes hard
My strat used G.Cowboy with supports to quickly melt molten but due to the nerf its not as effective as before

Using this strat is good I made this my own here the towers. Ace pilot. Accelerator. DJ. Ranger and farm. U can beat Normal mode. Molten mode and fallen mode the easiest is just pick the fallen mode
The ace pilot is the defender
Dps is ranger and accel and support is DJ max the DJ first before u upgrade the accelerator
And put 10 max ace pilot to take care the glitch error slow tank. Then spam ranger when u max all

Ok, here’s the math on buying coins.
Where i live, the average wage for a normal person is about 15$ per hour (U.S., not canadian). Since it costs 850 robux for 10,000 coins, thats about 10 dollars per 10,000 coins, giving us approximately 1,000 coins per dollar. Now, times that by 15 for about 15,000 coins per hour. Now we simply divide that by 60 and get a rate of 250 coins per minute of work. (Assuming you put all of the money you earn into coins.)
TLDR: buying coins gives you approximately 250 coins per minute spent working if you make 15$ per hour
On crystal cave map we’re it was red you can still place towers there even if it says you cant

the best loadout always will be farm, gladiator, accel, dj and commander
I have a strat that don't required glad.the lodout is(shotgunner,dj,comander,minigunner and ofc farm)
The minigunner can be golden or normal but golden will make hire rate to get the time of 11:00-59. Now the first u need to do is farm then place a shotgunner in wave 4 then spam some and save enough money to upgrade 1 or 2 shot gunner to level 3 i think i don't remember but after that u can just farm and put the rest of the tower.u need to do this in molten.also if u have no life u can get g crate in 2 days💀💀.anyways that is all, i hope this help you get g crate :)
Btw this work on map that doesn't have red circle at the spawn point .and i use this in 2022 idk if any tower got nerf or not cuz now i am retired from playing tds

I got a consistent 25 mins solo pizza party with the mortar and leaked less.
Towers: farm, mil base, crook boss, minigunner, and commander
Map:crossroads
Mode: molten
At wave 1 place a farm and just tank some zombies after that you place Crookboss at the intersection and more until max and make them have hidden detection after that just place 2 mil bases and commander with the first upgrade and farm until you get a mini gunner and level it up to the hidden detection then farm and spam mini gunners, commanders, and mil bases and farm until farms are at lvl 3 and just try to get the mil bases to lvl 3 or 4 and max out the farms and place backup mini gunners and yeah also get call of arms on all commanders max out the mini gunners and crookbosses get at least 1 mil base tank until wave 30+ you need to have all bases at the tank lvl after that just do whatever at wave 40 chain commanders and boom 500 coins every run
