There is a work around in order to get the wallet faster. As you said, you cannot map one of the two apps on the sides of the fingerprint scanner to the wallet when the phone is locked, you can, however, use the Quick Launch feature (inside settings, special features. Right above the Smart Sidebar setting that you mentioned). That setting, allows you to quickly open any 4 apps of your choice. Once you have turned the setting on, if you keep your finger on the fingerprint sensor for a second longer or so while unlocking the phone, those 4 apps of your choice will appear around the fingerprint sensor. You then just slide your finger towards the app of your choice, and it will open that app (do not lift your finger from the fingerprint area of the screen, otherwise the apps will disappear.

I thought it should be set to voice assistant when hold the Power button 'because if phone gets stolen the person can't instantaneously power off the device so it will give you a little bit of time to ring the phone in case the phone is stolen in an public transport ', also turn on the ask for verification when turning off the device its important it will ask for biometric authentication,and also turn off the access of control panel(quick settings)in lockscreen so they can't turn on airplane mode.(Please consider this cause i got my phone stolen previously )

I am in a pickle, i am a samsung boy from the samsung ace era and here and there i have used other phones but 90% of my smartphone usage is on a samsung phone. Now the problem is that i am on a budget and budget and samsung doesn't go hand in hand. My opinion are nord 4 and a35 both are under 30,000 rupee. One ui is home for me but a35, i am not sure about its performance. I am a guy coming from s23+, due to some personal issues i have to depart for it.
To be honest, for the money, the Nord may be the better option for you. The software side of things is very similar to One Ui & you'll get all the Ai stuff too without needing 3rd party Ai.

1. Blue light can damage your retina's cells because it has more energy than other lights (reason why the blue LED was so hard to invent after the red and green LEDs) 2. Blue light causes eye strain, especially when you hold your phone closer than 25cm for long periods, it makes you focus on it and as a result you also forget to blink making your eyes dryer (eye strain) 3. If you use your phone less than 1h before going to sleep it makes your brain think it's still the day and as a result you will find it more difficult to sleep (except if you're already tired of course). The "blue light filter" or bedtime makes the screen emit less blue light and more red and green to balance (Red Green Blue makes white light that's why the screen becomes brownish)
The power button to wake Google assistant is definitely Google's idea, it's on every android 14 device. So annoying! The reason to not turn Extra RAM is because Android very rarely uses more than 12GB of RAM, and also using UFS storage for extra RAM will actually slow the phone down. So that's a bad tip.
12:26 this is not a good thing, it doesn't make your phone faster it's usually the opposite as this feature will use the slower UFS 4.0 instead of the much faster LPDDR5X. Would rather some background apps close than slow it down. Also you have more risk of storage failure as main storage isn't meant for constant read and write unlike RAM, even if the risks remain low. Leave it on 4GB or tuen it off. The phone is already 12GB or 16GB i don't think there is a real need to bring it up
Please don't ever recommend the extra ram (ram+) option -why?! - The RAM hardware is capable of extensive cycles of reading and writing, while the ROM (storage) is not and will wear out over time, causing the device to lag.
Being an iPhone user for almost 13 years, planned to switch to android....while this did look like an irresistable deal until I got to know about the green line epidemic that had been infecting all oneplus models..so I pass.
Oxygen OS is horrible. I hate the fact that when streaming to a TV over WiFi it records and sends the video with all the sensitive data anywhere, I hate that it doesn't let me use the keyboard when streaming to a screen. The multitasking is lousy only allows one app in floating window (Samsung allows many at once). Oxygen OS lacks features and the developers have spent the time to put animations that improve fluidity, but as the app drawer is ugly as shit and if you remove it when you move the app spaces back you are continually opening Google discover or news. You are forced to use a launcher and there the new app animations don't work 👏👏👏👏. The photo processing is artificial and burns the photos. The zoom looks like the camera of a Nokia N70.

Hey, Man! you got 512 gigs of UFS 4.0 storage.... and I think you've got 16 gigs of Ram too.... OnePlus is f*** when it comes to the Indian unit scenarios...the Indian unit only offers 12 GB and 256 GB which is a downgrade over Nord 3
