Instruction - How to submit a financial report to the National Court Register (KRS)

Companies registered in the National Court Register (KRS) have 3 months to prepare a financial report from the balance sheet date. If the financial year coincides with the calendar year, the deadline for preparing the report expires on March 31st.
Subsequently, the report is approved by the appropriate bodies within the company, e.g., the general meeting of shareholders, all partners. It is also approved by the owner of a sole proprietorship.
The annual financial report should be approved no later than 6 months from the balance sheet date, i.e., by June 30th if the financial year coincides with the calendar year.
The report to the KRS should be submitted within 15 days from the date of approval of the annual financial report.
