Superb Journey. But WAG-9s with Passenger Load Is Locked to 100 KMPH. 101 is rare so 104 is like once in a blue moon. Maybe some GPS Issue with the speedometer.
@@SudipKumarChandra As per RDSO Certification WAG-9s are locked to 100 KMPH In all variants. Due to gradients or cliff the speed may increment to a margin of 5 KMPH sometimes but the in-cab instructions say WAG-9 to have a MAX MPS of 100 KMPH all over IR. Even SWR has LHB & ICF Operations widely with WAG9s. As per the CMS & ICMS reports the in-cab inputs all show WAG-9s to operate at 100 KMPH only.

WAG-9 has some variants.
Some are lock in 100.Some are lock in 110.Some are lock in 105.
