Great information here. It is like most of these scholarships are in São Paulo universities.

Although a few of the scholarships have Sao Paulo attached to it, the scholarships are joined with all other public universities in Brazil or partner universities abroad and you have the chance to apply to multiple universities (5) during the resgistration. A good example is the GCUB-MOB program.

CAPES is the body that registerd masters and PHD. FAPSEP is only in charge pf Universities in Sao Paulo. So CAPES scholarship is bigger and has more opportunities.
