Planning on going back to the Riviera Maya and hoping to stay at the Palace. I know this resort is HUGE. Was it a ghost town when you went? Hope you can share some pros and cons seeing how you travel a lot. Btw appreciate you sharing that the ocean was beautiful and wifi is free.
Did the palm trees provide adequate shade by the beach and pools? The resort has no umbrellas. Was wifi free throughout the resort for all room categories?

There is alot of Palm trees around the Pool área , beach and provide adequate Shade , the wifi is free for all categories guest and with good signal
Silly question… how’s the ocean water? We were in Punta Cana and it was green and icky.

If you like premium drinks and more luxury, if it is worth staying in the palace, it gives you access to the other 4 hotels.100%
