i just realized that adopt me placed the royal monkey in BOTH boxes instead of only the premium box! They’re starting to get more inclusive of their audience that aint got no robux

This update is actually really good! Obviously, the og will always be memorable, but this looks fun. I don't play adopt me much anymore, but I think I will for this update! Thanks to the adm team for creating this.

Can't wait for the update, my favourite is definitely the ghost capuchin. I am glad that you don't have to spend robox to be able to get them all, will definitely be buying loads of boxes to open. I am glad that the boxes and monkey's are seperate too with the exception of the royal one and you have basically kept the price the same just now you buy them separately.

I'm not a hater of this event but I do want to get my opinions heard:
First off: I'm not claiming that the designer for the pets is getting lazier, but rather the opposite, there is WAY too much going on to the pet that is not making it cute anymore. Look at the original monkey and the capuchin, you notice that the original monkey was much cuter because it was way simpler and with more round objects. Next, if you put the capuchin side by side, you realize that there are a lot of unnecessary details that make it not very cute. For example, the nostrils, the eyebrow (debatable), 3 distinct fur colors (compared to 1 on the monkey), and the way too spiky fur.
Next, I want to point out that I had never heard of Capuchin until I saw this, so why not go with something more familiar such as the reskins of orangutans, chimpanzees, and even Lemurs? This just proves that Adopt Me is simply running out of ideas, but still, why take the extra mile and introduce something completely oblivous to the player base? I'm not sure if it's just me for the reskins (except for the ghost and royal), looks horrifying, especially the princess one, It could potentially be nightmare fuel, much less a cute pet.
Finally, I just want to say from the player base that we do not want repetitive production and cycle of pets, this has become so old and boring that I (as a trader) dont even log on to adopt me, I just post my trades in discord/Traderie (and afk) and go to adopt me when I get offers. Nothing is interesting to do outside of getting pets and let's face it, the reason why 80% of the player base don't even have an inventory worth of 1 frost value, is because the addition of pets makes it harder and harder to trade. The trading system of course responded to this by simply stagnating the values of gumball event pets, (the value of a fallow deer is the same as a spinosaurus, which is the same as an owlbear, which is the same as a criosphinx, etc) even though they are extremely far apart. For example, 2 sharks > t rex, but 2 neon turtles < owl, despite their time gap being the same.
So you may wonder what should adopt me do to save their numbers. First off, the scammers have next to NOTHING about why players quit. You realize that the majority of the player base is way too greedy to get scammed, I have to spend SERVERS finding a FAIR trade. I get a "good trade" once every blue moon. with the new double trading window and friend icon, the numbers of scammers go down dramatically yet the number of players does not go up. So what do they have to do? the simple answer is to improve the aspect where you fall short. I am going to be direct and just say that adopt me's roleplaying system is weak compared to Brookhaven. For example, when a CZcamsr such as Shane plays, there is a reason why he chooses Brookhaven over adopt me, as EVERYTHING in Adopt Me is behind a paywall, vehicles, items, pets. On top of that the roleplaying aspect of Adopt Me is very very limited. You can only roleplay adopting a child and that gets old as time moves on.
As of now, Adopt Me is soon to fall, one can argue that Adopt Me has already died. The one community that has been so hyped has turned into a content-pushing factory, turned into a pet collection simulation that just profits off of mindless children.
