I personally think that Melanie needs to be charged too. She is the only one that could have gave Brandon's address to Alex and Lori. She's as guilty as they are to murder or attempted murder. He raged at her in such a threatening manner after that witness had just sobbed through divulging some of her deepest fears and darkest memories, it sounded like she’d shied away from telling near anyone in case of induced panic. Tried to hide them away from herself almost. Judge should of admonished him for it. Not a fan of this judge.

I saw a CZcams video of Melani getting arrested for Illegally trespassing at her ex husband Brandon property she was with her uncle Alex, and Alex was a block away waiting for Melani, Alex looked so creepy waiting in the car this all happened on November 2019 and the good thing about this the officers didn't let her take custody of her 4 children >> With Creepy Uncle Alex Waiting in the Car maybe something would have happened to those 4 children if the officers didn't Intervened, we have to remember Alex did the dirty killing job for Lori.

She did not. They told her she didn't need to testify at the moment. She didn't break any rules and is not in contempt. Both she and Ian looked at some headlines, that's it, and Ian was still allowed to testify.

His job is to create doubt in the minds of the jurors. It would be beneficial to make it look as if Ian has something to hide and that he’s not a credible witness who I’m assuming is being called by prosecution.

He's court appointed and everyone is entitled to a defense! Also Ian palowski, the Melanie's and Zulema should be called out, the prosecution won't do this, but the defence have to. All of these people should have been charged, they have not been and the defense have actually given them a suitable grilling.
I've really reached my limit with the Cavalcade of Cowards in this trial. Pawlowski has the brain power and discernment of a three day old gas station hotdog. I suppose for the 300k Melani got in her divorce settlement, this little potato roll knows exactly where his bread is buttered.

You forgot to mention the neighbor of Chad, Joe Ryan, Lori's sister . Although there are no evidence of this, my honest opinion is that Alex killed their sister years before, Lori knew about it or had something to do with it. Lori and Alex and Chad were also involved with these other untimely deaths.

In all honesty, life insurance companies need to be put on trial.....they are the MOST responsible for the death of SO MANY spouses. They must have realized long ago there was a flaw in their company's plan....but said nothing so they can collect the fees from everyone killing their spouses!! And I bet in the past, they just deny paying the claim because they knew the beneficiary CAUSED the death and would be too chicken to sue them and have it brought into court!! But now, the murders have no shame and fight for the inheritance!! Where is the national database for ALL insurance policies?!? Just like the DNA or fingerprints....an insurance database could not only solve 90% of homicide cases....it can also predict future spousal homicides based on the overly-excessive policy coverage!!! (eg why would a homemaker with no kids need a $3 million dollar life insurance policy?!?! (since that is solved, okay, now reassign all homicide cops to deal with gun violence to get that to zero!!)
Why? My husband has a million dollar life insurance policy since we first got married 23 years ago. He wants me and his children to be taken care of if anything were to happen to him. I would rather have my husband in my life than a billion dollars. I would want to die if my husband died. Money is only for this earth and is for survival. I will not care about life if my husband dies. I would only go on for my children. Who cares about money when I have happiness with my best friend.

What I am puzzled at is how did he end of marrying Melanie even when she was arrested trying to find out where her ex husband had gone when he got shot at by Alex - and isn't it weird that Alex was sitting in the car in the dark while Melanie was talking to the police.

I know!! It’s like the Susan Powell case when they let Josh, the father of their two boys, have supervised visits with the children. Only except he locked the Supervisor out after she brought the boys to him, killed his kids then, himself and set the house on fire. That’s one of the most heartbreaking cases I’ve ever learned about. They knew he was unstable!!! Just like the courts know Melaniece is unstable for believing this zombie/dark spirit crap. All we can do is pray for those kids and hope Melaniece comes back to her right mind. Praying she does!!

This is a bit weird for me. First off this guy sticking with his wife despite all he knew. Second, don't be misled, people. Both Melanie's associated with it are pretty cunning, entitled little sociopaths in their own right. This Melanie is one of those creatures who will NOT be told. They refuse to take responsibility, accept blame, while they continue to drama drama bash their way through life, batting their eyelashes, speaking in little girl voices and sulking when they don't get their own way. They are both equally dangerous. Mainly because they are getting off scott free from what should have been at least lying to authorities, impeding a police investigation, obstruction of justice, creating false reports and at most conspiracy to murder - that being of her ex husband - who literally had to run and hide to stay alive.😠

100%. I've never been so disgusting with 2 people. I actually hate them more than Chad and Lori. They had so many chances to stop this and then don't have any dignity to come clean. It’s simple…don’t listen to the trial recordings or search for any news on the case until you testify. It’s not that hard. The rule only applies to the witness testimonies given in the trial, not the interviews and information released prior to the trial.

In their mind, they WERE going to war. Alex appears to have been completely controlled by Lori and Chad - he bought everything hook, line, and sinker. It does not in any way excuse Alex and all of the heinous things he did, - but in many ways - he too, was one of their victims. There is no doubt in my mind that Lori and Chad ordered the "hits" on everyone, and looked at anyone who questioned them as "dark"
Laziest judge I have ever seen. The prosecution is lucky if they get 5 and 1/2 hours of testimony each day. Most courts I have seen want at least 8 hours of actual court time.
