@Katie Myers This is just superb, been searching for "synonym for cast a spell" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Qenacob Spell Freakynerum - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my neighbour got cool success with it.

Wiccan is cool but I use light which is like the exact opposite lol. It's a lot of shared energies like magnetism and entropy. Basically all things have a similar aura and those are separate but attached and that is where th power to change both sides comes from.

On the mediation part, I have a question. I have severe ADHD and I cannot sit still or focus for long periods of time. Is there a certain method I should use instead or to help?
You don't need to be still when meditate. Do meditation while moving - walking, doing yoga, tai chi or some exercises or even when cleaning (my sister does that). Stim (fidget) during meditation. If you have maladaptive daydreaming feature as I do, turn it into meditation and make visualisations during that. Drink coffee before meditation session (it will gave your brain free batch of lactic acid that is helpful for rapid fire neuron activity ADHD and Autistic people have). Remember that meditation is not for "emtyping mind" but for "clearing it". You don't have to get rid of your thoughts, everything you need is acknowledge them and let them go as you are focusing on visualisation. Don't fight with your brain, go with the flow instead.
I have found having a worry stone to fiddle with in one hand really really helps me keep my body calm. Blessed be

Can you please tell me if the "And harm no one" is the thing that you say after the "So mote it be" or is it before it?
Including the phrase "And harm no one" in your spell can be done before or after you say "So mote it be". It can be included anywhere in your spell that makes sense. It's based on your personal preference.

I want to know what the true cause is behind events people keep crediting to "spirits" or whatever filler they personally choose to use in avoiding a real answer, I want to find a real, scientific answer, only then will my mind be put at ease.
Think of it like this. It isn’t working for you because you don’t feel it inside. Spell casting is similar to manifestation. You must set intentions and mean them. You have to believe it is done already. Feel it. Live it. Thank the universe for it coming true already. Law of attraction. Do these things and it WILL come true.
The “spirits” are just whoever they feel connected to. As Christians accredit God or Guardian Angels. The truth is that it’s your energy . Quantum physics hold the answers you seek . You put your energy out there and vibrate on a high frequency (being happy and grateful) live as it has happened and therefor you will attract the desired results.
@@cerealrakist7360 That was a most pseudo-science word salad we've heard all week. You completely misuse and clearly lack an understanding of the words used. Emotions dont give off vibrations, energy is just electricity, that's all, and you cant just will something into being, if that were so than people in third world countries wouldnt starve to death, unless your gonna victim blame and say "they could but they dont actually want to save themselves".

The "Witches" with no innate magical gifts use a New Age Mentality and ideas to 'manifest' what they want or the "Witches that still have no innate magical gifts but want to prove themselves that they can be usefull can call on the help of an unseen dimension and communicate or invoke dark spirits or entities (Satan's lackey's and minions that does his bidding). I am so over this. The only person who got this right is J.K Rowling. Peace be.
