I discovered some channels in the last they do completely wrong, they almost burned all spices and add something that does not correspond to coffee at all. will not say the name of the channels but they copy you completely. Thanks for the nice recipe. This winnower (சுளகு) is not from Jaffna. Jaffna they make by palmyra ekel this is by bamboo. But the shape is that of Srilanka. How come ?
