Is your quad steet legal in Idaho? I saw the plate. Looks like a good upgrade.
Yeah, it varies depending on where you are. But the plate makes it legal for “limited” street use. But in smaller, especially mountain areas, you can ride around everywhere.
Hi when thay fit that pipe thay put a foil sticky pad for your rear shocker bottle as it heats it up oil inside and courses problems,

I put this exact exhaust on my 2022, 800XC and I immediately had issues with it running what I could only assume is lean fuel management. I’m curious if you ran into that issue and if you put a programmer on it? Looking for some recommendations here. Thanks!
No issues at all for me. I haven’t done any programming.
The rjwc tuner is amazing. That will probably fix that issue.

Did u have to get the msc tune to run this exhaust? Or can it be run on stock tune? Im looking for a bit louder and more agressive sound but dont want to get into tuning just yet untill im ready to also get stage 3 clutch kit at the same time.
Nope, I ran it without the tune for quite awhile. Ran great. That’s the beauty of fuel injection.
Do I have to do remap when replacing the original exhaust to aftermarket? ECU is still factory.

Nope, I ran an aftermarket exhaust with stock ecu, no issues at all.
Did you eventually get the tuner or has it still been running fine with stock tune?
I did get the tune eventually, but it ran great without it. Tune gave me a little extra HP and lower temps.
What size wheel spacers did you use?
One inch

Did you paint front skid and foglight plastics?
I powder coated the skid plate and spray painted the plastics.
