A big thankyou for this video!!! The payment function was the only thing, I was really missing on Lineage, but now it works and I am haapy.
Thanks for your comment. I'm happy to hear that it worked and is helpful!
Haven't tried Shakepay but this method worked flawlessly on my Xperia 5 III. Huge thanks!

@@CyberPunkEdu Well, it stopped working within hours, but then I noticed there was an update to the module, which fixed it again. Let's see how the "cat and mouse" unfolds... Bloody Google.

Thanks, I'm glad this worked! I was worried it wouldn't because MagiskHidePropsConf is no longer maintained. Hope a new version of Android won't break it.
So far, playintegrity has been keeping up. Thanks for letting me know it's working
Works for Oneplus 8 pro stock android 11. Yes it is important to clean all 3 apps 😂. Haven't tried contactless payment, but it should work because now under tap to pay settings it shows "Your phone meets security requirements" which previously was not the case.
thanks, works great
Great to hear!
@CyberPunkEdu thanks for the update! Installed the new module and google wallet works, however my banking apps detect the root. Any ideas what else could be done, in order to get back to the previous state?
Thanks for letting me know. You could add the banking apps to the deny list and clear the cache from the banking apps. Otherwise, if you uninstall that module, you will return to the other state, though you will lose wallet functionality.
thank you very much. 🤗works for me on MOTOROLA G42 + LineageOS 21
Thanks for letting me know. I'm glad it's still working!
Thanks. Very useful video. Just an FYI to those installing Magisk on a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. Ignore the warning message that appears after Magisk is installed that Magisk didn't install correctly and to reinstall it again from within Magisk. Reinstalling it will fail and the warning message is misleading.
Thanks for the comment and advice. It is helpful to know about the Note 9.
@@CyberPunkEdu Also, PlayIntegrityFix is a better option vs. SafetyNetFix.
Thanks! I followed the video, but bankapps are still not working. on LineageOS latest

Awesome. Good to hear that it's working still!
Thank you! It's working on stock Galaxy A14 rom running Android 14.
Thanks for sharing the details. Glad to hear it's still working :)
Your method continues to work on my Google Pixel 4 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 as of the last November 2023 LineageOS 20 updates (it's December 1 today and both phones are fully updated). I find that sometimes I need to reupdate the Play Integrity Fix module after applying the latest LOS update on my P4 but I don't have to clear the caches for Google Wallet, etc. On my XRN 9, I always need to reinstall Magisk and sometimes reupdate Play Integrity Fix. Again, I don't have to clear the caches for Google Wallet, etc.
Thanks for your comments and info about the devices. It's helpful to know which devices and methods are working. I was curious to know what to reinstall after updates, so thanks for sharing that.
@@CyberPunkEdu My pleasure. Your tutorial was very helpful to me so I'm just paying back.
This method worked perfectly. Shift phone 6mq with Lineage21 and Magisk 27.0. Thanks a lot.😀
One question: In your video you said that you perform a Magisk update after each OTA LineageOS update. Why is this necessary? Is this a must? I used Magisk just once, to get the wallet fixed. 🤔
Thanks for sharing that it works with your device. It isn't always necessary to update Magisk itself after updates but often the integryfix module needs to be updated after some lineage updates. So, if gpay stops working at some point then be sure to update the module at least. Magisk can also be updated pretty simply within the magisk app, so usually I like to be on the latest version.
Thanks. I used this video as a basis for making GooglePay working on a Pixel 3a with LineageOs 21 (unofficial). I installed Magisk 27 from APK and installed two modules, the MagiskHidePropsConf-v6.1.2 (though it is said to be deprecated) and also PlayIntegrityFix_v15.7.2. I added all the Google Play Services to the deny list and cleared the caches and storage. Google Pay is working after that. It seems paradoxical that I have to root the phone to convince it that it's safer when it complains that it's unsafe when it's not rooted.
Wow! Thank you for the up-to-date look at this issue. I'm glad it is working for you and on Lineage 21 with the same methods. I, too, find it funny that you have to with it more to make it "safe." Thanks again for sharing the details.
working!
Glad it's still working :)
Crdrood 14 pixel work, thank u
Thanks for letting me know. I'm happy that it works!
I'm not using LineageOS but it should work for other custom roms right? I tried it step by step (including play integrity fix) and even got my bank app working but google wallet still doesn't work.
It should work on any OS technically. Sorry to hear it's not working for you. It could be that the google wallet is updated, so may need to wait on and updated play integrity fix module.
My redmi k50i on op mod custom rom passed safety net but after logging in Gpay it keeps giving error when adding bank. Error is - make sure sim card for number (my number) is inserted in the phone. If you reset phone recently please update firmware etc error
Hello, thanks for reaching out. You can try checking the Gpay app's permissions and ensuring it allows phone calls and SMS. Let me know how it goes.
Thank you solved my problem now i can use perfectly my s20 fe on android 14 , thanks again. Pd: i flashed whit the new module
Thanks for keeping us informed. I'm glad the modules are still updated and it's working for you.
@@CyberPunkEdu No man thank to you :3. Im in the same rom lineage os. And in this phone works really well

Thanks for the comment. I hope it works out for you. Please let me know how it goes and if you are able to test it with smartthings. I guess it should work if the phone accepts gpay.
@@CyberPunkEdu Thanks bud..not having much joy so far all done but no results..on s9plus but not rooted will that make a difference ?
@@xbox360benji Oh yes, you will need to root with magisk in order to install the necessary modules.
@@CyberPunkEdu I installed everything through linageos recovery but when I flashed linageos I was not rooted and if I use rootcheck it says no root so I thought all was OK..
@@xbox360benji Because LineageOS is custom OS, gpay won't work with it. But by rooting and installing the modules, you are able to allow gpay to accept the custom OS. So, because your device is not rooted, you can install magisk (see description) and then the modules and see if that works.
I installed Lineage OS using the guide on their website (I have Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G) and I don't think I used Magisk to install the ROM. Do you have any information about a workaround for people like me?
Hello, Magisk is something you would install in addition to LineageOS (czcams.com/video/HC9Lkkj57bE/video.html). So, you should be able to install Magisk still and then add the extra modules.
PIF 14.4 as of 2023 12 14. The release notes are a bit confusing because they say, "To use default fingerprint inbuild in the module just remove pif.json file." I didn't do that and passed YASNAC and Google Wallet doesn't complain. Haven't tried a contactless payment yet, though.
Interesting! It should work if the wallet doesn't complain. Please let us know if you can. Thanks.
@@CyberPunkEdu Most likely will try a contactless payment later this afternoon. Also, I just noticed a message when PIF installs that the Magisk Hide Properties Conf module might conflict with it. So I removed MHPC. Phones still pass YASNAC and Google Wallet doesn't complain. That said, I don't think MHPC ever conflicted with PIF on my phones.
@@CyberPunkEdu Made two contactless payments with my Google Pixel 4 this afternoon. I expect that I will soon have to upgrade to PIF 14.5. I'm not sure what disease Google is trying to cure but for as long as David (chiteroman) is battling Goliath (Google), I'm in the game. Ultimately, though, I expect David to throw in the towel before Goliath does.
Yes! This did the thing with google Wallet but banking app is still detecting root though
Good to know what's working and not. Too bad about the banking app, some of them are a bit pickier.
may 2024 and it's fuckin' work, thank you a lot dude, you save me xD

Oh, new update. Install this magisk module ( github.com/chiteroman/PlayIntegrityFix/releases/), then clear cache for all the apps mentioned again and it should work
My google wallet worked for a day on my one plus 7 pro then it stopped working.... The banking app still works though at least. Any idea of how to fix this? Do we need a new update?
readded the fork and it worked
@@TheYTtuber Thanks for letting me know. I'm glad it worked out for you. Generally there are updates to the integrity fix, particually if google wallet gets updated.
Can I use opengapps? And lineage 18.1?
I think it should work. The main part is using the magisk modules to provide play integrity.
I dont see Google Play services in the denylist, so now what?
Sorry to hear that it's not working. You could try rebooting or reinstalling latest Magisk It should say Google Play Services for AR
Got no chance here! After clearing all the caches, I open Google Wallet and it tells "Downloading updates to Google Play services.." After a while says "Something went wrong Try again later". So after couples try, it gets trough I enter all the card info, try to contact my bank for getting a "Couldn't finish setting up pay contacless ...." I tried many times clearing cache and stufff...
Sorry to hear that it's not working. Did you use the updated module mentioned in the description? The video initially says to use a different module. Though your issue sounds a bit more unique. Google play services sometimes needs to update everything first.
@@CyberPunkEdu yeah I installed PlayIntegrityFix instead of safetynetfix. I'm using an old LineAgeOS 16 so I can't tell if is an issue.

I'm glad it works for you :) Thanks for letting me know.
PIF 14.3 as of 2023 12 11. The arms race is alive and well. The note that accompanies the new PIF module within the Magisk Manager app suggests that the developer is losing his patience with Google. ;
Thanks for keeping us updated. I wish there was a better solution for developers.
@@CyberPunkEdu Well, at least there's a solution that still works.
it wont work with android 7?
I'm not sure, but usually the gpay app requires a newer version of android.
I think PIF 14 has now been banned by Google. I get an error message on my Google Pixel 4 but, oddly, not on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. YASNAC on the XRN 9 says that the CTS profile match failed, though. Seems like Google is winning the arms race with PIF...for now. [UPDATE] PIF 14 hasn't been banned per se but the user must find and incorporate a usable fingerprint into PIF. My most recent post explains further.
:( That's too bad, but thanks for keeping us updated. I'll keep an eye on it too.
Pixel 2 is also down.
Not working anymore device ismot certified even if safetynet passed
That's too bad. Even with the latest playintegrityfix? github.com/chiteroman/PlayIntegrityFix/releases
Unfortunately, this didn't work for me on OnePlus 7 Pro with Lineage OS 20. I even tried with 2 clean installs of LineageOS, followed the steps to the dot (including enforcing the denylist that's missing from the video) and still get the error... :(
Oh thanks for pointing out that enforcing the denylist is missing. It's unfortunate that it's not working. More people are reporting that lately. I wonder if there have been updates to things or if it's just device-specific.
@@CyberPunkEdu I hope there's a fix soon :/ Thanks for the tutorial though
@@emirzip I noticed it stopped working for my device too just recently :(

De nada!
Not working again. Any ideas?
Yes me too. On rooted oneplus8t
Chiteroman is still struggling with the next upgrade (PlayIntegrityFix_v14.1.zip). Maybe it will work out in the end.
It seems that gpay is getting patched quicker than expected. I wonder if this is working (have yet to test it myself): github.com/althafvly/ih8sn
@@ffoxpl4506 I just installed PIF 14.1 on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 and rebooted. Then I was able to add a credit card to Google Wallet. Of course, it also passed YASNAC. Haven't tried to make a contactless payment yet but I will check it later today. As I understand the conversation around PIF 14.1, it's been designed to pull in new fingerprints as Google bans current ones. Sounds like chiteroman will add the new fingerprints so that users don't have to update the module. If that's the case, I hope it works over the long haul. Note that a reboot (or killing an unstable GMS process) will be required after a new fingerprint is added to PIF 14.1.
I was also able to add a credit card to Google Wallet on my Pixel 4 using PIF 14.1. It also passes YASNAC. Haven't tried a contactless payment on that phone yet either.
