    There is just one important omission from this video. It doesn't actually show us how to tune a lever harp to Eb.

      but since he was playing the C minor, wasn't the harp by default tuned to Eb?

      Tune b, a and e to flat. Raise them for natural

      He did. You raise the Eb to E natural, the Ab to E natural and the Bb to B natural

      Your harp is tuned in C major. Simply get your tuning key and retune E, A and B to Eb, Ab and Bb then all you have to do is raise the levers and it will be back in C major.
