  • Covers the former PRR Panhandle Lines around the Xenia area which are no longer around today as they were ripped up by Conrail in 1988 and beyond. This video will also cover the NYC Big Four Route in Fairborn which is now part of the NS Dayton District between Dayton & Springfield.

My mother remembered seeing trains travel up and then aside Detroit Street. The line is the hill in the east side of N. Detroit Street, partially blocking the view of Shawnee Park.
As a side note, my motger would kater work at Eavey and become friends with a coworker whom we would often visit over the years. Those friends would lose their home in the 1974 tornado.

Any idea what cross street that is @6:07? I live in the area and have been following along with Google Street view but can't seem to find those buildings, even though you can see the Greene County Court House in the background.

Yes, Third Street of South USR 68, just north of the now demolished overpass, where 68 diverges left while OSR 380 begins, aside the Eavey Building.

@@JayYoung-ro3vu I found it. I was looking West on 35 not North on 68.

I regret you are incorrect as the then shot was correct at south of USR 35 on USR 68. Please research again @ 6:07.
