His own songs "Something like Me" and "Cold at the Alter" are liquid gold. Everyone is about his recent "Ocean Eyes" cover, but to me, his originals are his best works.

New subscriber here! Absolutely love Chris' voice and personality! You said end of the road in the beginning of the video so I have to suggest you listen to Home Free's cover of End of the Road, the Boys 2 Men song. Home Free is a country a cappella group. They will blow your mind with their tight harmonies and beatboxing, as well as their individual vocal abilities. Their bass singer has a 5+ octave range, and the baritone a 4+ octave range. All except the beat boxer, who's truly a freak of nature, take turns leading depending on the song. They do mostly covers, but has some really good original music or there as well. Wear your head phones, because you'll need them to pick up all of it! Thanks for a great reaction and please keep more Chris Kläfford reactions coming.

Have you ever reacted to Dimash Kudaibergen? Most hit up SOS first, a song from a French Rock Opera in 1978-79. The male lead the song was written for had a 4.5 octave range. Dimash, when he sang it was 22 and was over 6 octaves. He just turned 26 in May 2020 and it is said he is 6 octaves and 8 semi tones but don't hold me to that because Dimash won't say. He says it doesn't matter what his range is but what he does with it.
He started classical training at 5 along with piano and he still trains to this day. Not to mention the degrees he has from college in musical theory and contemporary music. His mother is an opera singer (soprano) and his father was a pop singer and composer but is now Dimash's manager. Dimash plays 7 instruments, sings in a dozen languages he has 2 fluent native languages because he is from Kazakhstan so he speaks Kazakh and Russia invaded Kazakhstan in early 1916ish and the USSR broke apart in 1991 I think so now Kazakh people can speak their native tongue and Russian. Dimash was born in 1994 so he was taught both languages and speaks both fluently.
He is learning English and Mandarin and speaks both okay but understands more than he speaks. But he speaks English to his audience in English speaking countries fair enough. I think he speaks Mandarin better because he has spent more time in China. He has AMAZING breath control. He was offered a job at the 5th largest opera house in the world which happens to be in Kazakstan but he declined saying he wanted to make all kinds of music for all kinds of people. He mixes genres together all the time.
He has a large fan base and very sincere, from all over the world. When he had his sold out concert at the Barclay in NYC, he had about 100 more people attend than Beyoncé did when she played the Barclay and people attended from approximately 60 countries to see him. He typically sings in 4 languages sometimes 5 per concert ( English, Kazakh, Chinese and Russian and sometimes Italian) and his fans learn his music phonetically to be able to sing along with him during the concert. I was very upset to miss his NYC concert.
I am a Dimash Dear and a Baby ARMY for BTS. I love them both!

Kris has done many songs "from his kitchen". Listen to them. "Ocean eyes" is liquid gold. Swedes starts singing when they are born. Check out Zara Larsson "love me land" video. If you don't like the a-tone bc she doesn't need it really, you can see her on Skansen or dancing in her garden. She's precious. And Chris is outstanding. I love him.🇸🇪

I would love it if you would react to Kaizer's Orchestra. They have some amazing live performances when they were getting ready for their big show live with an orchestra to support their last album. I would recommend their video "Begravelsespolka (DRs Store Juleshow) LIVE" it has a full children's choir, regular choir, and orchestra with them!

I... I must confess I never liked the song. Neither did I like Lennon. But honestly, I didn't like 'pop,' or music outside the classical realm, or jazz. (Not even the ABBA, though I'm a Swedish guy.
Once, I heard ABBA, and from there, *Chris Kläfford* and, of course, all our _Tommy Johansson..._ [@ReinXeed]
    A new chapter began.
All of them were because of some 'mistakes' when I went to YT and found out there were ppl like you who "reacted" to those. I couldn't understand why?
I did what I did - and very surprised I suddenly was hooked on ABBA. (Etcetera)
At last (after almost a year with Tommy Johansson, I'm stuck with Kläfford (and the rest of them).
My CZcams music story in a nutshell.
