I'd recommend using a Hotklai mask over Aztec because it has clay blends and includes healing natural ingredients like Turmeric, kelp, banana, green tea, etc. Aztec burned my skin and made it itch, but the hotklai masks are soothing.
Your hair is gorgeous! I don’t think I would use a clay mask on hair, though as it seems like it would be drying. The vinegar is great to use as a rinse, though because it removes oils, dandruff and even yeasts that live on the scalp. I stand by both clay and vinegar, though as beauty pantry staples (and am using a clay mask on right now).
See that’s what I would’ve thought too. But from doing research it helps people who have oily scalp or clogged hair follicles and bentonite clay helps to add moisture to the hair and remove toxins from the scalp quoted from a certified dermatologist in New York. I’m about to try it on my 4C hair now so will have to see how it turns out I hate how messy it is lol
Your not supposed to use it frequently me, I use it 1 month at a time and I don’t mix my clay with ACV because the ancients were not mixing they used water with the mineral. Also I would do a ACV once a month as well for yeast build up, I’m sure you could use it once a week but I don’t like to do too much to my hair to strip the natural things that do automatically keep our hair healthy.

I use water instead of Apple cider vinegar
@@lovelifelaugh2727 yeah the vinegar is murder on my skin.
