What's the importance of exporting and reimporting? I primarily edit on cap cut (desktop version) do I still need to export and reimport? Could I follow all the same steps in this video the same or are there some differences being on pc?
There is no difference in PC. The layout of the program is different but that's it. Everything you can find on the mobile version is also in the PC version, and the exporting part is necessary because the glow effect and motion blur, can not be applied on a regular text

When one of them doesn’t change that smoothly, it means that they was a break in the speech, the smooth transition happens very well wherever there is no break in the speech like wherever the speaker says a long sentence without stopping a little bit , do you understand?
