Rita and Lord Zedd were originally human, as was Divatox and Astronema and were turned evil by Dark Specter. Zordon's energy wave neutralised the evil and returned them to their human forms.

Evil couples are hard to come by and these two are awesome.
In 2024, evil couples with their fleet of putties are all there is nemore.
From what I gathered from Wikipedia, Zordon sacrificed himself and caused some giant energy wave. It destroys some of the supervillains, but turns Rita and Zedd human because they were good at that point.
An excellent video, and a superb choice of song. Refreshes so many old memories of Rita & Zedd's entertaining relationship dynamics, and some incredibly memorable performances by both character's actors. In fact, I enjoyed this video so much that it helped inspire me to make my OWN tribute music video, though mine focused primarily on Rita. I even gave you a shout-out in my description ^_^
I remember Power Rangers from like.... third grade. Rita and Zedd were my OTP. I'm glad they never broke up lol!
