    "Hi, Philipp! I love your videos and find them really inspiring. I'm currently applying to Concordia University and was wondering if you have any tips or advice on how to strengthen my application and increase my chances of getting accepted?"

      Hey, thanks a lot, I am very happy to hear that you enjoy my videos. The criteria very much depend on your program. What program are you applying for at Concordia?

  • @yaelleherbier-feerique3223

    Hello, your video is so cool, I would like to know if at the university everyone speak english or if some teacher speak french ( I'm french and my english is not very good). Bye

    • @philippklein1
      @philippklein1  Před rokem +1

      Hey, all the classes are held in English. Most teachers do speak french - so after class or in breaks a lot of classmates go to the teacher and talk to them in french. In my department - I can't tell you how it is in the other faculties - You always have the option to submit assignments both in french or english

      Hey, I hope you are well! I just turned 20 actually, I shot a video today dedicated to your question. Talking about my own experience but some of my friends were kind enough to share their experiences with me too.
      I have a couple of other videos that will go live before the one we shot today, but make sure to stay tuned! Your Video is coming!

    Concordia University of Edmonton, Alberta,BSc in IT, Yearly tution fee and cost, how much.If students come in September intake 2022

    • @philippklein1
      @philippklein1  Před 2 lety

      Hey, Ahmed, how are you doing? I’m studying in Montreal and the tuition costs vary depending on which faculty you are studying in.
      www.concordia.ca/students/financial-support/costs.html
      www.concordia.ca/admissions/tuition-fees/how-fees-are-billed/undergraduate/fees.html
      This might give you a rough idea. The acceptance rate varies significantly between programs. I would just google concordia university montreal acceptance rate + name of your program
      Hope this helps

    What is the reason studying in Canada , in university ranked top 500, while u have univ top 100 in ur motherland

    • @philippklein1
      @philippklein1  Před rokem +2

      Good question! The society and the way of life over here are way different. It's harsher and rawer, but also more open for innovation, free-thinking etc. All those things create an environment that forces you to grow on a personal level much more so than the society in Europe does. In addition to that, the network around film and the creeative industry you get offered in Montreal is hard to find anywhere in Europe. I hope this answeres your question.

    Bro tell me about cost of living in Montreal city

    • @philippklein1
      @philippklein1  Před 2 lety

      It's comparatively cheap for a big North-American city. Food is really not that bad, rent neither, I feel like books and games are pretty expensiveXD

    Hey! I'm planning to participate in this university but through a scholarship, do you know anyone there who got one what was their English proof ?

    • @philippklein1
      @philippklein1  Před 2 lety

      I don't know of anyone specifically, the main determinant seems to be the financial need rather than the english proficiency (beyond the general requirements to attend the University as an international student)

      Hey yes it is indeed! There are a couple of reasons, I might actually dedicate one video to the topic.
      The most important ones are: I want to work in the Film and Entertainment industry. The opportunities and possibilities here are much greater than the ones Germany could offer. The second one: Your environment shapes you, so I always try to position myself in the best environment possible for my practices. I feel more vital, inspired and happy here in Canada:)

      These are the heaviest points, however there are a lot more that informed my decision
