Anyone who knows Taylor would know she would never be upset at Joe getting credit for his contribution. He did not write the songs he contributed to some of them. Big difference.Your friends needs to do her homework.

Joe Alwyn isn't an A-list actor, so I guess he needs the money now that she isn't directly bankrolling him anymore. Also, Travis is a sweetheart. The guys who seem so perfect (like Joe did) are usually the ones who are low-key shady. Travis will give her all the things Joe wouldn't give her.

I’m a 47 year old lady !!! I love Taylor. My husband and a large group of our friends are Swiftys. It’s such a lie that it’s only young kids - most of the little kids - may have become swifties recently. Your friend is close minded. She can’t accurately say is her demographic until you listen to her albums. . What the kids like is that she’s very warm hearted with her fans. We Adults love that but especially her songs are amazing and deep.
and when you think about it, the subject matter she sings about, most kids dont know yet. its that thing where you spend thousands on tikets only because your 6 year old wants to hear shake it off.
I am 60, and have been a Taylor Swift fan since I was about 45,which was kind of unusual from the kind of music I normally listened to which was all different types of rock, alternative, indie, blues, jazz, R& B, soul,reggae,folk,gospel, classical and bit of hip hop mostly. I did not like country or pop music,yet I loved Taylor's music from the start and still do.

Hey, I'm 70 and went to Red, 1989, Reputation as Eras Tour with my daughter and oldest grand children starting with Red, and then with the remaining as the younger ones were older & tall enough, son & daughter inlaws with all my grand children 8. Best time ever...I will go until I die!

So frustrating when people think they can have an opinion about Taylor when they refuse to listen to her music. She does not appeal just to young girls. There are so many fans who are older. I’m in my 50’s and many of my friends love her too. My 17 year old daughter refuses to listen to her and many of her friends are the same. That’s upside down of what you just said.

People assume that she caters to a younger crowd because they are the loud part of the fan base. For example, the song “happiness” in no way a person 18 or younger can relate to. But I bet a 40, 50, 60 and older could relate to it. People just have a pre conceived notion.

Melanie ignore the hate comments. I don’t even understand why you would get them. I mean yes you mess up sometimes but you’re not the only Swiftie I have seen do that. For me the only big dislike is when you have people on a Swiftie podcast who clearly dislike Taylor (aka Charlie) otherwise the podcast is great and getting better.

I'm a 52-year-young Taylor fan. I would also argue that her music tends to be lyrically/topically complex and adult - not at all geared toward younger people. Also, Disney+ houses maaany other movies that are not at all rated for kids. Yes, there are the traditional Disney kid films, but she's ignoring the 100s of other blockbuster, mature audience films streamed and/or owned by Disney.

Taylor was not leaving the tour venue in Sydney when the paps taunted them. Taylor and the others were leaving a yacht after they had a dinner celebration there on the last night in that city. Y'all get a lot of things wrong. I doubt if Taylor is upset about Joe receiving royalties on songs he co-wrote with her. She always shares credit when people contribute to songs, no matter how small it had been. I like you Mel, I just wish that you would correct your co-hosts when they say things that are not factual.

This is my favorite Taylor Swift podcast. I know when I hear it here, it’s the truth.
Taylor had went with her father swimming and her hair was wet and she had no make-up on when she put the umbrella over her. This is why she didn't want to have photos of her. That is her prerogative.

Taylor made sure she herself got credit and paid on Olivia's album and only because Olivia who was a big fan of Taylor said she was inspired by Taylor. Taylor did not stay at Olivia's home writing lyrics. But Joe did by making the melodies on the piano and writing with Taylor. Of course he deserves being paid. Taylor did not have to go after Olivia only because Olivia said of her idol that Taylor inspires her. Well, Olivia does not say that anymore. Olivia inspires herself now as she was too young to know Taylor would ask for credit and get paid.
Emma and Joe finished filming in the fall of 23.
Her plane is used by other travellers....umbrella hides who comes and goes, so no one can ever be sure who is actually on the plane. It gives her some percentage to through the plane stalkers off and/or guess.
Joe Alwyn did not write Taylor's songs. She allowed him to participate as a contributor, a co-writer. All co-writers who contribute to songs that win Grammies are also awarded Grammies. No, Taylor would not look at her Grammy and wonder if it belongs to Joe. In fact, whenever Joe looks at his Grammy, he should feel grateful that Taylor allowed him to participate because he would not have a Grammy if it weren't for Taylor.
My guess is Taylor can affect his royalties by not performing the songs to which he contributed, perform them to a lesser degree, or exclude all of most of them from any future releases.
my theory is that when Taylor doesn't have any easter eggs connected to her outfits, she hides behind the umbrellas
The paps in Sydney were in her face when her dad and the security got after them. If you look at the footage, they were within a few feet of her. That’s why she pays her security so much money. Some paps are just too rude. She can’t control the long distance pics but don’t get in her space!
She hides under the umbrellas, so the paparazzi can’t get pictures of her to sell. She said that and some things I’ve seen recently. So that’s why she sometimes has the umbrella and sometimes doesn’t.
