Hi Paul, I beleive you can also gove away a penalty if you take an onside flick and the figure hits another figure in your own penalty area?
On the non direct free-kick, can you put one player between the ball and the goal and with the other that you select to take the free kick shoot against him?
Correct, it is just a back if all players and the ball were stationary. Does that help?
What about a defensive block touching an attacker in the panalty area . is this just a back ?
