    Not worthy to listen. Sorry to say that. On-call rotation is not so simple as you described! Multifarious queries comes from the end users. Lots of tickets created and solved instantly. Please make a detailed content. Ty

      I mentioned "On-call at a high level" in the beginning. This video is not intended to do a deep dive on the sociotechnical systems aspect of things. The video is intended for anyone new to the industry not already familiar with the terminology and simple day-to-day operations. From there, they can search for additional information that's missing.
