With this video yes. With the video that came with my X20 were terrible. It wasn't even given instructions on where the power cables plugged into. I spent $1000 on a machine with half arsed instructions. I would rather have an 7min tutorial, over an overly ambiguous 3min tutorial.
Hi, you said that the 20w laser can cut 0.05 of stainless steel, but does it work with other soft metal as well? And what does it stop it to cut a thicker sheet with multiple pass? Thank you!

I regret I didn't buy my A20 directly from Atomstack. Banggood made me buy their bundle with the A20 and the R3 Rotary Pro. The R3 was a bluff they failed to deliver or refund. They even claimed that the only difference from the A20 Pro was the new and improved pump, and that the handcontroller with touch screen was part of the A20, and then they changed the listing after I complained...
A20 don't have touch screen, A20 pro X20 Pro and S20 pro have touch screen.
@@atomstack I know that now. But the ad on Banggood that I based my purchase on stated otherwise. I have a full copy of the listing that I took when ordering the bundle, before Banggood changed it at least two times after I complained. But they wont recognize that I based my order on their false advertising, or even give an answer about it. And I see now even more people complaining about not receiving the R3, which Banggood still happily let you pay for, thinking you will. I lost money, and hope to warn others.

Does the A20 pro cut 0.010" brass or copper? If so does it use the same parameters as stainless?

Atomstack claimed 20mm in single pass.
Now you need 3 passes for 15mm?
We conducted a test, 1 circle can cut 15mm wood, but will burn the wood black, 3 circle cut the best results.

Hello, I have an atomstack a10 pro also connected to a mac with lightburn. Everything works fine except I can't do neat circles.
They all come out imperfect.
I've adjusted the straps, checked the lightburn settings, and can't find the problem.
What can be? Thank you
It may be a problem with the software settings.
Better not to buy from them directly.
I bought X7, rotary, and extension kit. Having many issues, the packaging arrived damaged, and cables were outside & damaged. I am working with Lightburn, often it gets disconnected. Also was overcharged, order value was €975 but was charged €1027.36
I wasn't happy with the way it arrived, asked them to take a return. For 4-5 weeks they were trying to negotiate with €20 refund for the damage this & that. Then stopped responding to emails.
As per EU law, the right to return. Return policy should be clear, they are not interested in honoring law or EU standards. Now I am raising this with EU consumer agency.

I purchased on the 18-June, for a month your customer support personnel stretched the conversation. The last couple of week there is no response.

@@atomstack Same brand with the same machine, same logo, same media & promotional content. The website is almost the same, with some CSS styling & different domain name which many brands do. Now you are saying, we are different.
I can conclude Atomstack as a brand is not trustworthy to invest €1000+. Once you pay the money, they don't care about the EU regulation, faulty machine, or damaged item. Is that right?, Why should people buy from you, when you don't value their money?
If you sell in the EU, you have to follow EU law and consumer standards. I am trying for 6-7 weeks now, with email delay tactics, unwanted explanations each time, and making the return process complex. Then no response at all.
As far as I am concerned the Brand is the same. I am removing my order details as there is no response after initial conversation.
Any Update?
Much better tutorial than that absolutely lazy, worthless QR code instructions that come with the X20 machine. It didn't even give instructions on how to plug it in.
