Easy DIY Animated BetterDiscord Themes

All these premade themes suck. I want to customize my own discord theme with an animated background. Well fortunately, this was quite a feat and required coding knowledge or using an outdated website. NEW FLASH BABY! The developer of the outdated website pulled out a banger of a new update to the website which makes it 10000x easier to use and customize.
PLEASE NOTE: BetterDiscord is against Discord's TOS. Theming discord has a very low ban risk but there is a risk nonetheless.

That's actually possible. For example, the Discord 11 theme has transparency. I used it for a while. It breaks some auto-resizing and split screen auto resizing, but it works.

I had free Discord nitro. and as it is now... Ive never once been temped to renew and pay for it...
Banners. Why do they charge for this feature? Like... every site ever lets you do this for free.
Like why not make it the same as profile pictures? You can upload a picture banner but if you wan't animated gotta go get nitro.
The data cap on sending files is just stupid. like wowee I could pay a monthy fee to get a couple more mb of file size!?! oooor I could do what I normally do is just send a link to an image or video...
Pay for better streaming. I guess fair enough. i mean... I rarely if ever stream and I don't really know anyone who frequently use the stream function enough to care.
The Ability to use Server specific emojis on any server. is an interesting idea. Just horribly executed. Like I don't even have nitro and the fact that all the emojis from every server I can't even access Is stupid. Like I gotta scroll so far just to get to my basic default emojis. and even if I could use them... I probably wouldn't use most of them! Instead of spamming all the emojis they should only show the custom emojis for the server your on. and for premium give a custom drawer what let you save the emojis You actually wan't in a nice neat tidy bundle.
And if they implemented features from this mod they should follow the pattern. free picture backgrounds and payed animated backgrounds.

@@erinpitt580 Netflix gives me a shit ton of content to watch, Discord locks off features that, while they're cool, aren't enough to warrant paying for Nitro.
Like, they would be nice to have, but if its paying for Nitro I can live without them.
Edit: Leggo the Eggo Demon makes a good point. The cosmetic features being locked off entirely instead of specifically animated ones are one thing, but pulling shit like capping the file size, and how long a thread stays active for, is just stupid. To this day I've wanted to be able to make sub-categories within categories, but now I worry if they implement that it'll be locked behind Nitro, or at least a better version of it.
